GOLF: 27 Hole Championship Golf Course with Driving Range and 2 Putting Greens (There is a fee for access) Golf Course Over-Seeding usually is performed in October.

Desert Princess Country Club has a 27-hole championship golf course designed by DAVID RAINVILLE. Each nine offers a slightly different style of golf challenge. All three nines boast impeccable Tifdwarf Bermuda grass greens and majestic views of the surrounding mountain ranges. On Lagos nine water comes into play on six of the nine holes. The Vista nine offers the variety of a links style golf course with rolling fairways. The Cielo nine offers members and guests a challenging and scenic nine holes, with water on eight of the nine holes. With four sets of tees the course offers a challenging experience for golfers of all abilities, the championship tees play up to 6,781 yards and the forward tees play at a reasonable 5,217 yards. Very wide fairways. Course is mostly flat. Four sets of tees. Large lakes come into play on 10 holes. Greens are large, some are two-level a good, well-maintained resort course.

SWIMMING: 32 Common Area Pools & Spas Conveniently Located Throughout The Complex (Access is FREE)

TENNIS: 10 Tennis Courts (5 Lighted), on Site Spa (There is a fee to access) The Tennis Center features 9 PlexiPave courts, 4 of which are lighted until 10 pm. A chilled and filtered water bottle filling station is available on the adjoining patio and a healthy snack vending machine stands just inside the foyer door off the patio.

SPA: Our newly renovated Spa has everything one is looking for in a first-class spa experience. The Spa at Desert Princess offers a variety of spa services such as massage, facials and amazing body treatments. Why Marc B chose California Desert

The perfect place to enjoy all the amenities this club provides: the 27 hole championship golf course, the 10 tennis courts, 32 pools heated and non heated, spa, gym. I usually take my bike and ride every morning in and around the complex.

I also appreciate the country club being gated with 24/7 live security who are constantly monitoring and making sure the occupants are safe and secure.

What makes this condo unique

It may be a repetition but I can't emphasize enough that Everything you need is close by: shopping, entertainment, hiking, biking, golf, pool, tennis or a nice drive, even the casinos are close by. You have an all-in-one package by staying in this complex.

One more advantage is that the Famous Doral Hotel is close also. That has helped us entertain other guests who want to visit us and wish to stay for a day or two with peace in their mind that they are not being a burden, even though in our minds and home they are always welcome.

In a word, it is the many accommodations and conveniences that has made us happy to own this property and offer it to vacationers

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The location was great! And, the accommodations were modern, clean, and very comfortable. Marc was so great to work with and we found him to be very flexible, accommodating, and gracious. we would definitely recommend this property to others and we would definitely rent here again.

Convenient Comfort

This condo on a well-maintained golf resort was clean and comfortable. It is convenient to nearby grocery stores. It was as promised in the photos and booking was easy with no problems. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Air conditioning and overhead fans provided relief from the heat. We had a reunion with friends and spent most of our time away from the unit. I would have given 5 stars except that the queen bed seemed small (we sleep in a queen at home with more than adequate room) and for some reason the mattress made quite a crackling and creaking noise with normal sleep tossing and turning. Our friends who shared the unit were very comfortable in the king bed. The step-in shower was a bonus since one of them is mobility challenged. Overall it met our expectations and we would return if in the area again.

California Mattress sizes are a little narrower and longer than the commonly known Mattresses. California mattress sizes are 60x80 inches for Queen size mattresses and 72x84 inches for King size mattresses. We look forward to having you, your family and/or friends again and we invite you to take advantage of the discount we offer to repeat vacationers. Great getaway for both R&R and a little work away from the hustle and bustle of the city!

I booked this home for my friend who needed a getaway in the desert where he could do some work while away from the hustle and bustle of the city and also get some R&R. He enjoyed this comfortable, updated home in a convenient location very much and told me he wanted to book it again in the future. This home is a perfect repeat getaway for the LA, Orange County, San Diego, or San Francisco city dweller who needs to escape from daily stresses and enjoy the peace and expansiveness of the awe inspiring desert. The owner is such a pleasure to deal with! He is very prompt with communications and addressing any concerns and did his best to make sure the stay was enjoyable. Everything went very smoothly. Hope you have the chance to enjoy this lovely home soon!
