This flat is the top floor of a historic home on beautiful grounds in the trendy Highlands Neighborhood just fifteen minutes walk from downtown Denver. You have views of both downtown Denver, and the Rocky Mountains. There is a private entrance to the flat that also leads to a balcony overlooking the backyard and mountain views.

In addition to being very close to downtown Denver, Convention Center, Coors Field, Sports Authority Field, and the Pepsi Center, you are located in an area where there are several top-rated restaurants and boutiques within walking distance of this property.

Easy access to I-25 (North/South through city) and I-70 (1 1/2 hour to ski areas).

Bryant Street Flat

We had a fantastic stay at Bryant Street Flat. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Denver. A simply elegant decor with all the amenities. Clean and very comfortable. Close to major highway connections for your touring ease, yet within walking distance of local eateries. The absolutely only draw back for some would be the three flight stairway to the apartment. We hope to return to Bryant Street Flat when in Denver again!

the Apartment is very comfortable and clean

The steps were tough for me the first several days but by day 6 I was doing better! (the

rise too high for my my short legs) The location was very convenient. Since I was working

at one of the gem and mineral shows for 12 days it was especially nice to be able to just walk to the restaurants on 32nd Street and not have to drive again.

The neighborhood is lovely and it was an easy drive to the 25 and 70. I did have to find a

Trader Joe's but once that was done, local worked. The kitchen had everything but a toaster

and the pots and pans and dishes, glassware were all clean and ready to use.

We were in Denver this past labour day and absolutely loved the apartment, house, owners, neighbourhood and neighbourhood pets!

We were a party of four adults, two couples, and all agreed that we will be back to Denver and this spot. The neighbourhood was extremely quiet and safe (we left our trunk open through the night once and nothing was touched); walking distance to so many great restaurants and pubs; located in the perfect spot to access all Denver and the surrounding area has to offer.

I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, private, safe stay. A place that has all the amenities that you need, an architectural masterpiece that is so well decorated (both inside and out).

Absolute dream vacation spot

This flat was so welcoming and made everyone feel at home. Downtown is maybe 5 minutes away, and if you don't want to drive there is a great selection of food and bars right down the street. The beds are very comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms do let in a lot of light, so if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring an eye mask. I am so glad to have stayed here, and will continue to book this flat for any future Denver vacations.

**WARNING**

If you are bringing any luggage, the path to get to the flat is not smooth and you will have to climb three flights of stairs. I wish I would have known this before coming.
