About the property

A newly built light-filled apartment in a modern Andalusian style

The apartment is located on the second floor in a condominium built in of 2010. The interior of the apartment is from 2014 and the style is a mixture of typically Spanish and very modern.

I make sure that everything stays in perfect condition and have all known blank AIR CONDITIONING mount, for extra convenience!

The property is located in the heart of Estepona (about 100 000 inhabitants).

The Old Town, the beach and the marina are attractive places that are easily accessible in a few minutes.

Also in close proximity to numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, ... are offered.

On one hand, you benefit from the advantages of its central location.

On the other hand there is the building in a quiet, low-traffic corner with vision.

Spanish cable TV and satellite TV (Astra) is available.

For entertainment also board games and cards are available.

There are 2 beach chairs that can be used by you.

If you want to make yourself comfortable, you will find already in about 100m distance the next cafe, which served for very reasonable prices (from 2 €), breakfast!

Following a request on your part, it is possible to bring two guests under.

In the case we are a folding mattress set which will be placed in the living room.

Of course, the bed linen will be there as well and the number of towels doubled.

Per person per night 8 € to be paid in addition.

The key can be obtained on the spot by a key service service and pay a deposit of 200 €.

At the end of their stay the same person takes the key counter again and paid them back the receipted deposit.
