We are a family that has lived in many states over the last 6 years. We purchased our house in Indianapolis when my husband lived there in 2007. The house was completely gutted to the studs (was a duplex!)and we did most of the remodel work ourselves. We take a lot of pride in this house due to the sweat we put into it, and love to share our work with visitors coming to Indianapolis. Since then we have lived in Omaha, Chicago, and now we reside in Loveland, OH. I don't want to loose touch wiht our guests, so I manage our bookings personally. However due to the geographic distance, I have a local staff in Indy for cleaning and maintenance.

After our house was on the market for almost a year, we decided this was the best alternative to selling. I wouldnt look back, we love the opportunity to offer visitors a hotel alternative in Indianapolis!
The property was clean and exactly as it looked in photos. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Good neighbourhood and lots of good restaurants nearby. About a 30 minute walk from downtown. Owner goes above and beyond. Would definitely stay again.
plenty of room for8 guys to sleep and eat. to bad ken couldn't control the weather.
This home had very large rooms and many beds for accommodating families. It was very close to downtown Indy. We could hear the train nearby, but it didn't bother us or disrupt our sleep. Neighbors were quiet, lots of people walking dogs... The home was pet friendly, but there wasn't any trace of previous pet visitors!
The owner was easy to contact, answered all of our questions and even offered an early check-in, which was quite helpful!
Very nice property, and owner is very easy to work with. Close to downtown, including Lucas Oil, Banker's Fieldhouse, dining, etc.
House served us well for family reunion.It is near attractions. The nearby park was fun for children ages7 - 12. It had good sleeping arrangements and eating area with 8 chairs for all 8 of us. Kitchen was very well equipped with large side by side freezer /refrig.
