This gorgeous 4-bedroom ground floor apartment has been completely renovated in 2011. With a total of 151 square feet of interior living space and a private garden with direct views of the famous mountains of Kitzbühel, it is an ideal home for your perfect alpine holiday!
Each habitat is carefully designed to create an elegant, create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere that make the apartment unique, can offer only a short distance from the city's best Kitzbühel.
All bathrooms are equipped with beautiful Italian materials such as Antonio Lupi sink and taps and top quality Italian tiles. The flooring, doors and bespoke kitchen were all made with the best wood. The whole house is also subject to a fast Wi-Fi Internet connection.
The garden of about 500 square meters, has a wooden house for storage of skis, snowboards and boots. On one side of the garden there is plenty of parking available, where you can park at least 4 cars.
The attention to detail, from the state-of-the-art underfloor heating system to the beautiful fireplace in the living room, exquisite furniture selected and contribute to immaculately kept garden to make this room very relaxing and comfortable ... everything is still greater, after a whole day of skiing ...
Inside description. The indoor living area of the apartment is spread over two floors. Upstairs is where the main entrance is to the house and has:
- A large living room with equipped 40 'TV, Sky satellite TV and surround sound system.
-A Dining room directly into the living room with large wooden table (which can sit up to 12 people)
- Italian cuisine with the following units: induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, toaster, Moka coffee machine, kettle, blender, oven

Location Memory details. The apartment is located just a few steps from the heart of the center of Kitzbühel. For a few examples, to name the city or rear of the front city, make up the heart of the city, only 2.4 km away respectively, so as to reach these places, it takes only 5 minutes drive by car, bike 8/9 minutes drive or a 20/22-minute walk away.
Just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, it is also possible to use the bus (and the ski bus), so in places like the famous Hahnenkamm cable car to go skiing or the center of town within easy reach. The Hahnekamm track and the train horn is only about 2.8 km away and can be reached by ski bus.
From the apartment it is also very easy to reach, many golf courses, there are three of them within a range of 3.5 km from the apartment (the next is just 1.7 km away). It's also very easy to world class spa and fitness centers in nearby hotels as Grand Hotel Tirolia (1.7 km) or the A-Rosa Hotel (1.9 km away).
What a beautiful home with such a gracious host!! The house and the location were perfect for our holiday needs. We had a car but did not need it. The bus stop is very close and most days we enjoyed walking into town. The house was so well furnished and comfortable that most night we opted to stay in and cook! We are looking forward to a Spring time return!
My family and I have just returned from a week in this chalet. It was around 20 minutes walk into Kitzbühel or 5 mins in a cab. The skibus was a 3 minute walk away.We did not have a car, and to be honest did not need one, although the cabs were quite expensive. We did have to have one for 7 though. The apartment had quite modern amenities and the bathrooms were really nice and bright. Just one little thing , it would have been nice to have a stand up shower in the master over the bath. The second and third beds were quite small, but adequate and the 4th bed downstairs also had a separate lounge and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped , although we only used to have breakfast.. it was very easy to contact the owner by email and he always replied by return. The family all agreed if we were to return to Kitzbühel we would not hesitate to stay here again.
Wir (6 Erwachsene/2 Kleinkinder) haben 8 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung während der Hahnenkamm-Woche verbracht. Es war perfekt für uns!
Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation zwischen uns und dem Vermieter sehr gut und alles hat wunderbar geklappt!
Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, hat viel Platz und die Lage ist toll! Von der Küche sieht man direkt auf die Hausbergkante und die Bushaltestelle ist durch den Garten in 2 Min. erreichbar. Die Fahrt mit dem Bus bis ins Zentrum von Kitzbühel dauert ca. 5-10 Min. und die Kosten betragen €2.00 pro Person (einfach). Die Kosten für ein Taxi vom Zentrum bis zur Wohnung betragen zwischen €8.00 - €12.00 pro Taxi. Zu Fuss muss man zwischen 20-30 Min. rechnen. Die Einkaufsläden (Billa, MREIS) sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar.
