Located in the La Madrague residential complex in Sainte-Maxime, this terraced house offers a fantastic panoramic view of the bay of Saint-Tropez.

Its assets: proximity to the beach, stores and town center, a pool exclusively for the use of the residence's guests, four tennis courts (for a fee) and a small cable car that takes you easily up and down to the parking lot or beach. Relax in Sainte-Maxime and enjoy its 6 km of fine sandy beaches, where various water activities are also on offer. Ferry boats connect the town with Saint-Tropez, Port Grimaud and Cogolin. While Sainte-Maxime offers a variety of trails for hikers and mountain bikers, golfers can look forward to the Golf Blue Green course: an 18-hole course on 65 hilly hectares.

Please note that the apartment is currently being completely renovated (floors, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, furniture and decoration). The current photos do not reflect the result after the renovation, which will be completed by June 2024.

The property itself is in a good location with superb views over the bay.
On arrival the apartment at first glance appeared perfect however we quickly determined that there were several essentials missing, there was no Kettle, Toaster, Oven trays (needed as there was no toaster), small Pots and Pans (there were only huge ones), Chopping blocks for bread/vegetables and there was only one small sharp knife suitable for cutting/chopping. There were further issues with the downstairs shower, as there was no screen/curtain the bathroom floor became flooded which then ran out into the hall, not ideal when 4 people were having showers preparing for an evening out trailing water throughout the apartment. For our visit the apartment has been set out as two double bedrooms, we however required to use all three bedrooms as our adult children required a bedroom each. It took a couple of days for the agent to sort this out. At the end of our holiday the agent informed us that we had to pay a "tourist tax", this is something that should be highlighted on the website as at the end of your holiday to be hit with another substantial cost was not ideal.

Magnifique vue sur le golfe
Magnifique vue sur le golfe. Résidence calme. Propriété agréable dans l'ensemble. Pour l'améliorer, il faudrait tailler les lauriers pour avoir une plus grande vue, avoir des meubles sur la terrasse plus robustes, mettre un fer à repasser puisqu'il y a la table à repasser et surtout changer la vaisselle et les placards de la cuisine ou les nettoyer à fond.
