2 - The Property's Outdoor Amenities, 1000sqm of terraces.

The 450sqm home (4800sqft approx.), welcomes us across its extensive paved terrace surrounding the entire house, again 500sqm in surface. This patio's great holm oak and fig tree, as well as the variety of typical Mediterranean bushes and flowers, including roses, geraniums and oleanders, are beautifully complemented by the six hanging vines and copious bougainvillea, all resulting in a cool shaded area, perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea. Surrounded by pine forest and shrubbery, the entire property delights us with diverse vegetation such as reeds and canes, wild olive trees and others typical of the Mediterranean, and of course, its orange and lemon orchard.

The XXL swimming pool, 8 by 20 metres in size, with its own terrace of around 400sqm, is framed by a natural Mallorquin sandstone balustrade which in turn is surrounded by long reeds, palm trees, banana trees, paradise mimosas and various other plants. In this peaceful enclave we find a large brick barbecue, an outdoor shower, a sheltered dining area with a table for 10 to 12 people, and a chill-out area with leisure furniture and a 32-inch television. Next to these and under the olive trees, pines and the large weeping willow, we find the cosy beach-bar, fully equipped with bar stools, all kinds of glassware also for cocktails, with ice buckets, a sink, refrigerator and coffee machine, along with full crockery and glassware for dinner parties and sunsets by the pool.

Es war einfach ein umfassendes 5-Sterne Erlebnis, von allem reichlich und geräumig, mit unendlichen Vorteilen. Es war immer schön kühl, bunt, mit vielen Bäumen und gemütlichen Außenbereichen... die Beachbar und ChillOut-Ecke... die kurze Fahrt ins Dorf und zum Strand, sowie die Vielfalt an Supermärkten, Cafés und Restaurants, wenige Minuten entfernt.

Sowohl die Großeltern wie die Enkelkinder fanden diese Finca "das perfekte kleine Hotel". Wir kommen sehr bald wieder!

Tolle Finca für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Wir sind seid gestern wieder zurück von einem Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie (10 Personen). Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und wurden die ganzen 14 Tage auch super betreut. Sebastian war bei Fragen immer für uns da und hat uns mit vielen Tipps und Infos versorgt.

Das Haus ist riesig und eher rustikal eingerichtet, was aber total zu dieser Finca passt und uns sehr gut gefallen hat. In Wirklichkeit sieht die Finca und vor allem der Poolbereich noch viel schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Durch die Lage hat man die Möglichkeit sämtliche Hot Spots einfach und schnell zu erreichen, ein Auto ist jedoch unverzichtbar (auch für die morgendliche Runde zum Bäcker). Wir können dieses Haus in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen und werden auch gerne wieder auf Sebastian zukommen, falls wir wieder auf der Suche nach einer Finca sind und mit weniger Personen reisen.

Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag haben wir: größere Töpfe in der Küche, wenn für 10 Personen gekocht werden möchte.
