Family-friendly holiday home in the nature reserve Parc Mondrago between Santanyi and Cala Figueras Situated in a quiet urbanization. Our modern holiday villa S'Embat ('light breeze') offers you all the amenities for a perfect holiday in a private atmosphere and away from mass tourism. The house has all the permits for rent by the Ministry of Tourism and the appropriate safety standards (including the certification of gas stoves + gas system) or exceeds the required standards of the Spanish Ministry of Tourism.

Booking security: You will get a rental agreement with us under German law and must not make a pre-payment! As a payment option, we offer you to book about FeWo-direkt or to pay on arrival in cash on the spot.

The detached house is on a plot of 800 sqm close to the award-winning bay of Cala Mondrago.(One of us it is about 500m to the beach s'Armarador.) It has a living area of ​​125 sqm. These covered terraces (40 sqm) and the Casita / outdoor kitchen (25 sqm) come with an open grill / -Kaminbereich and separate outdoor toilet incl. Washroom. We have a fast Internet connection with WLAN.

Two air-conditioned parents' bedrooms (each 14 square meters) with a large double bed (separate mattresses, each 200x 90cm) and a 20 square meter children's bedroom / playroom with 4 beds (each 200x90 cm), also air conditioned. In addition, an extra bed (200x90) and a babay bed are available.

The house has 2 large bathrooms (each 8 sqm) with brand equipment (Grohe faucets, rain showers, towel radiators, soft close toilets and a bathroom, a double vanity).

The living - dining - and kitchen area is open plan and modern in design and also air-conditioned. The seating area we have a leather sofa for 4 - 5 persons and a closed fireplace and large screen TV with international channels. The dining area has a large wooden table with seating for 8 persons. The kitchen has granite countertops sanitary, modern kitchen appliances (Siemens oven with ceramic hob and 2 separate gas fields, dishwasher + microwave and a large refrigerator with 2x BioFresh compartments and 3 freezer drawers. We have 3 different coffee machines (normal filter coffee, Nespresso capsule machine and a fully automatic).

The equipment includes cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery in multiple end tools.

Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, we have of course also.

Outside you will find a wide variety of seating at different locations on the property distributed, so you will always find a place in the shade or in the sun, having to carry around a table and chairs each time. The same applies to the sunbeds.

The saltwater swimming pool measuring 10 x 4 m does not require the typical chlorine chemistry, blond hair get here no greenish tint and the tan will not weggechlort. The pool has a seating stairs in the sun direction and is deep at the deepest point 180cm. In the dark, the pool can be illuminated. The design as an overflow basin has the advantage that no protruding stone edge is above the water, the more difficult the swimmers coming out of the pool. In this pool, or the children are comfortable at any point in the pool leave easily.

The roof terrace is over 100 square meters and has a pergola 4 x 6 m for shading. From here you have a beautiful view of the nature reserve and the sea. Here it is during the day and at night so quiet that you hear the sound of the sea.

In the separate casita are the outdoor kitchen with gas stove, sink and a large open grill, which can be used as a fireplace for cozy evenings. Also located in the casita, but separated from the BBQ area, an additional outside toilet and the laundry room. Numerous, always free parking facilities are located directly in front of the property.

Disabled access: The house is due to any disabled facilities, we have the possibility via ramps instead of stairs to arrive at the property in the house. A shower has a folding glass wall to the toilet there is sufficient space available. We are happy to answer questions.

Neighborhood and surroundings:

North side: 2 German neighbors, sometimes permanently on site, both with vacation rentals

East side: service roads access road and nature reserve (no through traffic)

South side: a Spanish neighbor, (weekends) and a vacant, overgrown plot (only visible from the very edge of our roof terrace, do not bother).

West side / pool side: street (only by residents, no through traffic)

Our German-speaking care on site picks you up at the meeting point in Santanyi and shows you the directions to the house, explains the special features in the house and is available for questions.

Arrival: from 14.00 o'clock, departure until 10 o'clock, these times are however also depending on occupancy, also changeable.

Party people and pets are not allowed.

South-western orientation: all day until sunset a lot of light and sun. 800sqm Land area: that's twice the size of the usual Spanish plots. Here on our property, see you or your children always a generous amount of space. The house is quite heavily insulated by Spanish standards, which is contrary also conveniently greater heating in the summer. Modern windows with double glazing are train-and windproof, the house is not cold in the winter months.

S'Embat is a perfect location for a quiet family holiday.

S'Embat is a perfect location for a quiet family holiday, we were a party consisting of parents, grown up children and a grandparent. The property is very well equipped and the facilities are excellent. The pool is great for swimming and relaxing, it being 10m long, and there are plenty of both sunny and shaded areas. The nearest beach (Cala Mondrago) is a 15 minute walk, or a 5 minute cycle ride using the owners bikes. We used the bikes most mornings to get to the beach for a swim. We would recommend hiring a car to explore Mallorca and to do your shopping at the supermarkets in the local towns. However the neighbour did advise us of a local hire company in Cala Figuera which the children used and was much cheaper than the airport.

Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this property.

Gerne wieder

Insgesamt gefiel uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Vor allem die ruhige Lage, die selbst in einer sonst eher überlaufenen Zeit eine angenehme Erholung ermöglichte. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war angenehm und ohne Probleme.

Sehr schönes Haus zum wohlfühlen

Wir waren vom 06.08.2016 für 14 Tage zu Gast in diesem schönen Haus und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr schön, großer toller Pool, große Terrasse. Die Hausverwalterin ist sehr zufverlässig, freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Der Umgang mit dem Vermieter war sehr absolut reibungslos und unkompliziert. Hier kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen!!!

Wohlfühlen ist hier garantiert!

Eine top Adresse auf Mallorca! Hier fehlt einem wirklich an nichts! Wir waren im Juni 2016 mit vier Personen in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen.

Das exklusive Feriendomizil ist ein absoluter Traum, es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich pudelwohl! Die Küche ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur wünschen kann, die Betten sind super bequem und die beiden Bäder nehmen jeglichen Stress am Morgen;-)

Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich die wunderschöne Außenanlage mit dem großzügigen Pool. Hier gibt es viele Sitzgelegenheiten, eine Dachterrasse und eine total gemütliche Außenküche. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe, ist absolut sauber und selbst im Dunkeln ein Hingucker.

Die Lage des Feriendomizils ist einfach perfekt, viel Ruhe, viel Natur und traumhaft schöne Strände in der Nähe. Die Stadt Santanyi ist in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, hier bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf und und der wunderschöne Ortskern lädt zum verweilen ein.

Die Abwicklung und Übergabe des Hauses war einwandfrei!

Es war ein absolut perfekter Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder!!!

The house is in an urbanization of about 25 detached houses in the Parc Mondrago nature reserve.

Absolutely quiet location, no traffic. We are only 3 km from Santanyi and Cala Figueras away, so quite central, but far from the tourist crowds.

You can walk to the beach, which takes about 10 minutes.

By bike, correspondingly faster, even by car, they are in a minute on the patrol place of S'Amarador beach. (Parking fee depending on the season about 5 Euro)

Santanyi itself is a small town with 7000 inhabitants, but in contrast to the surrounding villages, all year round offers all amenities, such. B. 4 larger supermarkets (Lidl / Eroski / Prop / Suma) ------ the Lidl supermarket is open practically the whole year, you do not need to go anywhere forever forever to go shopping but have everything in place.
