Can Sabater 'When Schuster' is a historic townhouse in the center of Ariany that has been completely restored with great attention to detail and taking into account its unique character in spring 2014. With its 3 large rooms - all with private bathroom - is the spacious open plan kitchen with integrated dining area, the high, elegant lounge, the romantic patio with a pool and the big chill rooftop terrace with a unique view of the Tramuntana mountains and the coastline of Muro Can Sabater an oasis of peace and quiet and discretion in the heart of Mallorca. Built in 1890, Can Sabater is located in the village center, 1 minute walk from Plaza Arianys. The high ceilings give a pleasant coolness in summer and the large windows a lot of light during the winter months. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning in all rooms, with which the house is suitable for year-round tourism. On the ground floor living room are with library, the dining area, kitchen and in the sheltered courtyard an outdoor terrace with swimming pool. A fully equipped laundry room and a guest toilet are in the lower basement. About the spacious staircase leads to the upper floor on which there are three bedrooms, all of which are equipped with oak flooring and high-quality, new bathrooms. The Corner "Son Serra" offers space for two people and due to its high balcony windows an unobstructed view to the coast of Son Serra de Marina. The second bedroom "Convent" with an open terrace overlooking the inner courtyard also has a double bed and enough space for a guest bed and direct access to the balcony of the patio. The third and largest room simultaneously "Palomar", named after its origin as a dovecote, has windows to both the courtyard and the direction of the monastery. Original sandstone elements of its foundations were obtained in the room and pointed out the plaster. This room also offers accommodation for three (maximum four) people. All three bedrooms have been completely renovated, restored furniture and original doors.

Each room has a private bathroom with Majorcan clay tiles and bathroom tables made of handcrafted Levante natural stone, large walk-in showers with flooring from river pebbles. The bathrooms also have underfloor heating.

The house also offers sufficient space for cycling enthusiasts; Up to 8 bicycles are securely housed.

Geographically, the place Ariany in the Pla de Mallorca (Majorca Esplanade), the eastern part of the island, which is used primarily for agriculture and winemaking. The village has a population of 850 and is still spared due to its geographical location from mass tourism and the typical eyesores, making it a place of absolute tranquility and authenticity.

The house Can Sabater was adapted to this environment. The renovation was carried out for the most part with sustainable building materials from the immediate area.

The terraces and the pool invite you to refresh and sunbathing as well as for a barbecue in the evening, the lounge with library for reading a good book or a cozy evening game and the American kitchen to cook together in the Mediterranean style. In the village all things of everyday life are within walking distance; located 50 meters away a small supermarket with fresh bread daily offer. A typical Majorcan bar is found in 75m distance in the village square. The neighborly patio of the monastery offers a wide view over meadows and fields, which invite you to long walks. Due to its location in the center of the island, the house also offers the ideal starting point for long (race) cycling on.

The natural beaches of Son Serra and Betlem can be reached in 15 minutes by car and the beaches to the east of Cala Varquez, Porto Cristo and Canyamel can be visited in less than 30 minutes. Enjoy the place, the house and its surroundings.

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles da was man benötigt. Super Gas Grill (Weber). Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Trockner vorhanden, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Parken ist kein Problem. das Dorf ist sehr ruhig. Kleiner Supermercado für Brötchen und das Nötigste sowie eine kleine Kneipe befinden sich in der Nähe. Sehr gutes WLAN im ganzen Haus vorhanden. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder :-) !!!

Smakfullt inredd villa med alla bekvämligheter för de större sällskapet eller familjen.

Mycket bra boende centralt belägen på Mallorca. En genuin bykänsla med möjligheten att åka till många olika resmål. Mycket hög standard på boendet och hög servicenivå från värden.

Hela huset var smakfullt inrett och allt som behövs i ett hushåll fanns.

Uteplats för sköna kvällsmiddagar med grillning. Den lilla saltvatten poolen var ett plus efter ett motionspass eller en lång dag på stranden. I byn fanns också en fotbollsplan samt en gemensam pool vilket uppskattades av barnen.

Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.

Wir waren bereits zum 2. mal im Can Sabater und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Wenn man wirklich Ruhe sucht und dabei auf nichts verzichten will, ist dieses Haus die richtige Wahl. Ausstattung top, Lage ideal für Ausflüge über die ganze Insel, Vermieter freundlich und korrekt. Danke.
