Clean, spacious and secluded retreat

  • 5 of 5

We used the cabin for a girl's weekend and I couldn't have imagined a better space! Since we came from FL, WV, MD, OH and NC- we had quite a few cars, but more than enough parking. The cabin was very clean and much larger than the photos reflect. It's in a perfect location- about 10-15 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from the Biltmore Estate. We only stayed 2 nights and now I want to come back for at least a week to enjoy the area for a little longer.

Wonderful cabin with great amenities!

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful week we had in Asheville, thanks to Maggie and her team. Their cabin is spacious, clean, comfortable and simply perfect! While it is close to Asheville and all that the area has to offer, it is nestled in the woods and feels very private. The large back deck with rocking chairs and comfortable seating was a great place to sit and have morning coffee, while listening to the birds chirping. There were many times that we thought that we could easily live there on a more permanent basis. Anyone planning a trip should strongly consider staying here; I am sure will will do so again in the near future!

I'll be back next summer!

  • 5 of 5

Bucolic area; very peaceful (except for an occasional barking dog). Ten-twelve-minutes to downtown. Ingles market is 6-7 minutes away and has a great deli, including its pimiento-cheese spread, and everything else you might want. Cabin is fully and beautifully furnished. Great, wraparound deck for viewing bunnies and an occasional Tom turkey from rocking chairs. Home to resident pair of cardinals. Good AC and heating. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. Pull-out sofabed in great room, and futons upstairs. Comfortable for four if no beds shared. Two-car garage. Owner lives nearby and takes care of any problems, if any, arise. A+!

Perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this lovely cabin for a long weekend and it was prefect in every way! We were close enough to get to our golfing, hiking activities, and nightlife in downtown but yet still felt like a secluded setting. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals and the cabin felt very roomy. We were so pleased to find such a nice place yet bring our dogs, they loved the place as well! The owner was very responsive and accommodating and we hope to come back soon!

Beautiful Getaway!

  • 5 of 5

What a perfect cabin for a long weekend with friends! One of those rare situations when the accomodations exceeded expectations. It feels larger than the pictures with plenty of space to spread out. Open kitchen and living area was perfect for meal prep and gatherings. Tucked away in a woodsy area, yet close enough to Uber to town for an evening out. Owner was very responsive and accomodating. Highly recommend!

Great Location

  • 4 of 5

A very beautiful home in a perfect location! Downtown Asheville minutes away as well as Merriman Ave. just over the hill and anything you need retail. Opposite direction up the mountain and you have the Blueridge Parkway for biking and a great hiking trail. No wonder real estate on this road is at a premium. You feel like you are out in the mountain wilderness with a short drive to anything you need! Will be coming back but next time for an extended stay.
