In our family-friendly, lovingly maintained farm we offer a spacious apartment (200 m²) for 10-12 people consisting of 4 double rooms, a smaller, cuddly room with 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave, 1 dining room with flat screen TV, 1 cozy living room with flat screen TV, 5 showers and 4 toilets, 1 washing machine with dryer function, balconies in the two floors, large terrace with barbecue area, lawn for relaxation and

Our house 'Waldhof' is located on a sunny plateau, in the middle of the two famous resorts Brixen im Thale and Westendorf. The house is located on a hill with a quiet location on the edge of the forest, where you can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Surrounded by the picturesque mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps, there are numerous ways to organize your free time. The house is only a few minutes by car from the gondola stations Brixen im Thale and Westendorf, which belong to Austria's largest ski resort 'Wilder Kaiser / Brixental'.

The last 250m to the holiday home run on a steeper access road, so we recommend to carry winter tires and snow chains in wintry driving conditions.

During the summer months you have the unique opportunity after a mountain bike tour, or hike in the surrounding mountains to use our newly created swimming pond, where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature in a unique atmosphere and recharge your batteries. Another highlight, especially for golfers, is the new championship golf course (18 holes, par 72) with a total length of 5,920m in Westendorf.

en tous points conforme aux images avec en plus des propriétaires très sympas

La maison est grande, avoir 5 SDB est un vrai plus. C'est très calme, hyper propre et les chambres ont une très belle vue sur les montagnes. L'accès peut s'avérer compliqué par temps de neige mais avec un équipement adéquat, ce n'est pas un problème. Les propriétaires habitent la maison d'à côté et sont tout simplement charmants. On sent qu'ils aiment recevoir et ont plaisir à vous parler de leur maison et de leur village. La cuisine est très bien équipée et rien ne manque ( même pas le papier toilette totalement fourni sur la durée de la semaine ). Le local à ski est fonctionnel et suffisamment grand pour stocker beaucoup de matériel. Tout fut parfait !

große Wohnung, toller Badesee in schöner Lanschaft

ob mit Familie oder Freunden. Ein tolles Haus. Für jeden gibts genug Platz. Gemütliche Schlafzimmer, Küche und Wohnraum. Genügende Toiletten und Duschen, welche sauber sind, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Standort super! Wunderschöne Aussicht, mit superschönem Natursee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Startpunkte für Wanderungen oder Seilbahnfahrenten gleich ums Eck. Gastfamilie ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern eine tolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht.

Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Auf Wunsch werden jeden Morgen frische Brötchen vor die Haustür gestellt.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Man hat auch mit einer größeren Gruppe genügend Platz und gerade bei schönem Wetter kann man den wunderschön angelegten Naturschwimmteich und den tollen Garten mit Grillecke nutzen.

Jedes Zimmer (mit Ausnahme des kleines Zimmers mit 2 Einzelbetten) verfügt über Zugang zum Balkon und einen herrlichen Blick in die Berge.

Die Küche ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Badzimmer (4 einzelne WC und 4 einzelne Duschen) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Panorama- Lage mit tollem Badeteich

Wir haben 14 Tage im Haus verbracht und sind immer noch beeindruckt von der herrlichen Kulisse, die sich bietet. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight und wurde von uns auch ausgiebig genutzt. Die Vermieter sind herzlich und hilfsbereit, wohnen gleich nebenan. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Unlike many other Alpine valleys Brixental does not end in a valley, but is open to both sides. It combines the Inn Valley to the west with the Kitzbühel area to the east.

Nestled in the rolling grass hills with vast pasture areas of the charming town of Brixen im Thale middle of the Brixental, about 10 minutes drive from the famous Kitzbühel.

Brixen im Thale is in winter the focal point for ski and snowboard enthusiasts. The construction of the new 'SkiWelt train' was a connection between the largest linked ski area - created Kitzbühel - the Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski area and the Kirchberg.

In the summer provides in Brixen im Thale a leisure center with adventure pool, lake, beach volleyball court, hydrotherapy facilities, tennis courts, and an idyllic landscaped fishing pond for variety. To an audience magnets, the Filzalmsee has developed Hochbrixen to the many attractions for games and Discover are. He is also the starting point for many beautiful Alpine Meadow and themed hikes.
