The apartment was completed in spring 2014. It is located in the district Pinars de Murada, a newly formed settlement of multi-family, single and double houses. It is about a 25 minute walk or 3-5 minutes by car to the center. The next bay, the Cala Murada is approx equal distance. The apartment has a very nice south-west exposure. From the terrace you can enjoy the sunset over the San Salvador. The apartment is modern and fully equipped and is wonderfully suited for families or couples. Nos hemos alojado diez dias en Julio y todo ha sido fiel a lo que nos anunciaban, incluso con mejoras. El trato con el propietario perfecto y el apartamento muy limpio y con todos los detalles para hacer nuestra estancia agradable.
Lo recomendaria a cualquier amigo, advirtiendo como dice el el anuncio, que es imprescindible el coche para conocer las zonas cercanas y la isla en general.
Cala Murada is surrounded by pine forests in the beautiful South East of the island, between Porto Colom and Porto Cristo. The district Pinars de Murada is very quiet and consists of several apartment buildings, single and double houses. The modern apartment (Brand 2014) is approximately 95 m2, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living-kitchen area and a terrace and a private garden. The complex has a large communal pool in about 200 meters close with a lawn and beach chairs as well as a clubhouse. The nearest beach is located about 20-minute walk away. Cala Murada has two supermarkets, medical center and several restaurants. The center is within walking distance in about 20 minutes.
