Nice holiday home with generous equipment: 2 bedrooms, 4 persons

Our beautiful, spacious holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a living room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and underfloor heating. The house is very lovingly furnished and offers on a floor space of about 80 square meters to 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed 2x2 m and a large wardrobe. The children's bedroom is equipped with a double bed 2x2m and a wardrobe, two travel cots are available and can be delivered. The living room has a two- and a three-seater sofa, a dining table for 6 people and digital satellite TV system. The modern kitchen is fully equipped from coffee maker to baking pan as well as a fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and underfloor heating. From the living room you come through the balcony door directly on the 24 sqm terrace, which is located in a sunny location and invites you to relax. A barbecue is available and can be used. Two parking spaces are available on the property. The natural beach is about 250m and many destinations are within easy reach (eg b.Prora, flint fields in Neu Mukran, old port Sassnitz, the cities Binz and Sellin, Störtebecker Festival)

Eine schönes Ferienhäuschen

Eine schöne ruhige Ferienunterkunft mit Flair. In Naturbelassener Umgebung. Leider müsste an der Infrastruktur noch einiges verbessert werden. Es war in diesem Urlaubsgebiet leider nur eine einzige öffentliche Gaststätte und ein Caffè. Somit musste man ständig mit dem Auto nach Sassnitz oder Binz fahren. Der Naturstrand war nicht so überlaufen, aber man hatte auch mit steinigen Stellen zu tun. Mit Badeschuhen( zu empfehlen) ist aber alles nicht so schlimm. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

wohnlich - praktisch - geschmackvoll - modern

Das Haus bietet großzügig Platz, auch in den Schlafzimmern, Flur und Bad fühlt man sich keineswegs beengt. Die Ausstattung von Küche bis zum Schuppen ist hervorragend, selbst an den beiden Fahrrädern wurde nicht gespart. Vielen Dank dafür an den Vermieter.

gerne wieder

schönes ferienhaus in ruhiger gegend ,direkt am wald. gut ausgestattet,sauber ,größe ausreichend. kleine minuspunkte:duscheinstieg sehr hoch ,duscharmatur und toilettenbürste müßten mal ausgetauscht werden. schöne terasse ,leider nicht überdacht bzw nicht sehr windgeschütz,daher nicht immer nutzbar. wir haben trotzdem 5 schöne tage erlebt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Erholung pur 💜

In diesem schönen und sehr sauberen Haus ist es absolut möglich sich wunderbar zu erholen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Schönes Badezimmer , Küche mit allen Utensilien, Wohnzimmer gemütlich eingerichtet und ganz wichtig erholsamer Schlaf auf guten Matratzen. Alles wunderbar....Nur 4 Tage waren einfach zu kurz. Deshalb müssen wir alles einfach nochmal wiederholen ☺
