I'm Sharon, I'm not fortunate enough to live on SSI, although i do live in Ga. in a small

south Ga town called Tifton. If you have been to Fl. on I-75 you have came through Tfiton. I grew up in Miami Fl. and moved to Tifton as a young teenager of 15. I have never lost the love for the ocean. and SSI is only 2 1/2 hrs from me. I always loved the gulf and still do, but after visiting SSI I quickly developed a true love for our golden isles. (SSI) the quaintness of the Island the people. The beauty. It's definitely my refuge. I have 2 sons and daughter in laws. One granddaughter thats in the photo, and one grandson. They all have the same love for our little Island.

I work in the medical field as an cardiovascular US Technologist here in my home town of Tifton. I'm happy to be able to share my special place with others. I hope you enjoy it as much as i do.

Great location, just right for our needs

We had a group of 7, including 3 adults and 4 kids ages 6-15. The condo was just the right size for all of us and was walking distance to the pier and village. There was a great sports facility a block away, with huge playground, baseball, basketball and tennis courts. Also good for dogs. The condo itself was very nice, however the water pressure would drop way down when both showers were being used or when the washing machine and shower were on at the same time. The pool in the complex is also very small and in need of renovation. It would also have been nice if we were allowed to hang wet towels on the balcony, however the complex rules don't allow it. Overall, we had a very nice stay and I would recommend this rental!

Great place to stay in SSI

This was our family's first trip to St Simons Island and we loved staying at this condo. It was a short and relaxing walk to town. The condo had plenty of room for 6 adults and a baby. Sharon was easy to get a hold of when we had questions and was very helpful. It was well stocked with all the essentials. We are hoping to go back in the next year or two. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely WONDERFUL!

Our family stayed here for our first visit to St. Simons Island and it was wonderful! The condo felt like home!! It's very spacious, has a great layout, is close to EVERYTHING, and had everything that we needed for our trip! Our three little boys LOVED the condo too and have still been talking about Ms. Sharon's house for weeks after the trip. The whole process of booking, paying, and getting info regarding our stay was smooth and easy. We would love to make this our "go-to" place each year if possible!

MORE THAN WE EXPECTED!!

We have been visiting SSI for 25 years and this was the first time we rented a condo due to our new family dynamics. We rented this condo because of the reviews and we felt even better once I spoke to Sharon. She was very easy to work with, made sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived at the condo, we were all very pleased. There were six adults and a small dog and we found the condo beautifully decorated and modern. There was plenty of room and the grounds of the complex were beautiful and the location was perfect, right next to the pier. We are so glad to have found it, and we plan to stay here again.

Great Condo

There is a lot of space in this 3 BR condo and it's very close to the Village (which is where you want to be on SSI). This was our 10th time to visit SSI and I would have to say that this was the nicest condo we've stayed in. The grounds are incredibly beautiful and Sharon allows you to use her bikes. If you want to go biking, this will save you a lot of money because the bike shops will charge you around $50 per bike per week. Overall, SSI is a great place to vacation (our favorite) and this is a wonderful condo. I feel very confident that you will be very pleased to stay here.
