Lovely villa, somewhat central but peaceful, in an exclusive villa district, situated right by the marina. Splendid sand beaches as well as several golf courses, which can be reached within a few minutes. The property comes with a 350 sq.m living area and lies on a 1,300 sq.m lot with a private pool and lounge area to relax in.

The beautiful neighbouring palm garden and large outdoor grill and cooking area round out the Mediterranean fittings of the outdoor area.

The layout is as follows:

The villa's entryway passes through a patio lined with columns toward the main entrance gate. Above the reception area, you reach a breathtaking living/dining area that is connected to the upper floor trough a gallery. From the dining room you come to the open concept kitchen with an adjoining utility room. From there on, two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are located on the ground floor.

From all the rooms on the ground floor, you enjoy access to separate terrace areas.

The window of the living/dining area allows a fantastic view of the pool, lounge, and garden. Through the gallery, you enter a room 6 metres high, which in itself represents a unique living experience. The state-of-the-art equipped dining area with space for 14 people, and the open kitchen rounds out the perfectly designed ground floor area.

On the stairs to the upper level, you come to four more bedrooms; a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and three bedrooms with an external bathroom.

The location and distribution of the sleeping area is ideal in order to be able to get away from it all. Therefore, this property is also perfect for use between several groups or families. Through the gallery and the patio area, the bedrooms are found in four different parts of the villa and thus offer the necessary private spaces even when fully booked. All bedrooms on the upper floor have access to a private balcony. The house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning in all the necessary places. Therefore, the ideal temperature always awaits you, no matter what time of year.

The villa is lavishly furnished even in its finest details, and leaves nothing to be desired! In the entire living quarters and outdoor area, free Wi-Fi is available.

The CASA BLANCA residence has a central location, although off of the usual tourist paths, right by the Santa Ponsa marina.

A few metres to the harbour, a few metres to the sea, but nevertheless situated in an appropriately central location, the Casa Blanca Residence presents itself in its full splendour. In the immediate vicinity of the villa all the facilities for your daily needs are within walking distance.

Perfect villa for the perfect holiday

Me and my 14 friends were blown away by the villa from the pictures shown on the Internet but the villa in person is mesmerising. The villa had everything anyone would need for any holiday to Santa ponsa, everything was out of this world; from the rooms to the pool. Despite coming across as expensive I feel and I think the rest of the group would feel that every penny was worth it. Also the villas Mallorca team were a pleasure to communicate with and provided an excellent and friendly service when we arrived and sadly left the villa. Special thanks to Oliver and alisa who oversaw our arrival and departure. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in Santa ponsa with the villa being able to accommodate any type of holiday, as you can imagine 15 lads would have focused on partying every night. In the future we would love to return to this villa as it made the holiday even better.

Perfect spot - Nice Villa - Good surrounding

We went for a new years party to santa ponca and found this gorgeous villa! We recommend this place for all sun lovers and sailing enthusiasts. Right beneath gorgeous beaches and the port of santa ponca everything is reachable by a minute walk! Calm surrounding area and very nice neighbors (we invited them to our barbecue session....) The equipment of the villa leaves nothing to be desired - very good quality furniture, brandnew kingsize beds, everything highest standard - better than the photos...

All in all, highly recommendable this place!!! 5 stars for sure! Thanks for the great time...Jan M.

Radsporturlaub vom Feinsten!

Wir haben diese wunderschöne Villa als "Basislager" für unsere Trainingswoche auf Mallorca gebucht und waren mehr als begeistert. Durch die Kooperation des Vermieters mit dem Radverleih mit Müsing Bikes war sämtliche Hardware vor Ort verfügbar. Die Stadt Santa Ponsa ist gut gelegen um entweder nach Osten hin flach zu fahren oder nach Nordwesten in´s Tramuntana Gebirge.

Top Villa mit riesigem abschliessbaren Garagenbereich und Alarmanlage. Sauna wäre schön gewesen, aber wir sind ins nahe gelegene Hotel gegangen. Alles hat super geklappt! Preis-Leistung sehr gut....
