About this property

Oceanfront on the Sand - Awesome 4 Bedroom!

Our 1750 sq ft tri-level beach house that was completely remodeled in 2007 is located just south of Aptos & Seascape Resort, approximately 12 miles south of Santa Cruz. It offers a panoramic oceanview with 15 miles of sandy beach. You can enjoy your coffee watching the dolphins & surfers and then watch the sunset from your deck. You have direct access to the beach and campfires are permitted until 10pm.

The gourmet kitchen of granite & stainless, is well stocked with cooking utensils and staples (spices, oils, etc) anything you may have forgotten.
Ample paper products (paper towels,toilet paper) are also supplied. Hair Dryers in 2 bathrooms.

The beds are already made up and waiting. Please bring your own bath & beach towels as they are not provided. This is our home away from home that we invite you to share and we do take great care maintaining it and believe that you will have everything you need for a perfect stay. For our guests protection, we have installed a security camera that cover the front driveway.

Very Happy!

Thank you for a lovely stay! Plenty of room for two families. We all really enjoyed the views from the main living area and upstairs bedrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked. The beach is literally steps away. Provided beach chairs and boogie boards were perfect for a day at the beach. Beth Ann was very welcoming our entire stay and we can’t wait to return!

This home was a great way to relax and be refreshed. The property manager was very accommodating to our needs. The view from the windows was a feast to our eyes and the beach so accessible to children who wanted to play. The pictures on the web site made it look as if the doors opened on the beach and did not show the flights of stairs. Bringing ones own towels was a hassle for us.
