XXL pool (14x8), secluded garden, top equipment, sea view, close to the beach

The finca 'Son Golondrina' is certainly one of the finest properties on the south east coast of Majorca.

The finca was built in 2010 boasts one hand by the typical Majorcan style, combined with modern contemporary architecture.

The finca, with a living area of 270 square metres, has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, modern LED TVs, with a German satellite and music systems, which also allows you to play your own music via iPhone and iPod.

Two of the bedrooms have double beds the size 200x200, a bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 that can be converted into a double bed, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed size 180x200.

All beds are new, and quality German allergenic mattresses guarantee a maximum sleeping comfort.

Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available in the house and throughout the garden including the terraces.

Two of the four bedrooms with a size of 20 square metres are located on the ground floor with exit to the garden and pool and have a spacious closet.

The third bedroom, which is also on the ground floor, offers more than 40 square metres, is furnished with a large built-in wardrobe, and closet safe and side exit to the garden and pool.

The ground floor is also one of the two bathrooms, here you can choose between a shower and bath. WC and bidet, and a large area around the sink are also available. A window provides natural light; the size of the bath is 12 square metres.

The fourth bedroom is on the first floor of the villa and also has a size of 20 square metres.

Upstairs there is another walk-in closet with safe, and marble bathroom en suite.

From the balcony of the upper bedrooms, you enjoy magnificent sea views or you can let yourself be enchanted by the cosy seating and the spectacular sunset over Porto Cristo.

In addition to the light-filled entrance, the finca offers a comfortable living room.

Dine in the salon with up to 8 people or spend cosy evenings on the living couch.

The large living room with a flat-screen TV with a size of 50 inches mimics a screen size of 127 centimetres and guarantees a cinema feeling!

For the small and large guests, a Nintendo Wii with 30 games and a DVD player is available.

From the living room you enter the kitchen equipped with modern appliances.

From oven with microwave, dishwashers including dishwasher tabs, to XXL fridge with separate freezer, and an induction cooker. Extractor is available for all your culinary desires.

The kitchen includes all kinds of utensils, from blender, hand-blender, up to the toaster, kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

Plates, cutlery & glasses are available for up to 12 people.

Right next to the kitchen is the dining table, where you can enjoy breakfast or a quick snack and watch the cook at work.

From the kitchen there is access to one of the three terraces.

One of the terraces has a very large table for at least eight people.

There is also a barbecue area.

Opt for fresh grilled fish or steaks on the typical Majorcan charcoal grill or try your hand as a paella cook and prepare your own personal Spanish National dish on the paella station.

For bookings in the spring or autumn / winter you can use the terrace any time. An extendable windshield on both sides of the terrace provides for calm - so you can spend cosy hours outdoors, and protected.

The second of the three terraces invites you to chill out. Spend carefree hours on the XXL Lounge, or enjoy a cool glass of Cava, while your loved ones are splashing in the pool.

The third terrace has comfortable sun loungers, where you can relax to your heart’s and your soul’s desire.

On this terrace you can also access the two bedrooms on the ground floor.

The absolute highlight of the Finca son Golondrina is undoubtedly the pool.

With its considerable length of 14 metres, and a width of 8 meters, it is the centre of the villa. The pool starts shallow and will extend up to 4 feet deep!

A swimming experience of the special kind, where not only the little ones will be splashing, but also the grown ups can swim their lanes.

A big variety of swimming pool toys and accessories provide extra fun.

The beautifully tended garden will guarantee you unforgettable hours in the Majorcan sunshine.

Covering an area of 3,000 square metres, a Mediterranean dream is created.

Enjoy the day outdoors between palm trees, citrus trees, olive trees and oleander bushes. You will be enchanted by the splendour of the Bouganvillen flowers, and harvest lemons and oranges.

Of course we also thought of the very young one, from a portable travel cot playpen with function and winding station to the potty, high chair and stair, you will find everything, what young parents need.

Fantastic holiday - amazing experience

The finca was everything we had hoped and more. Excellently appointed, clean and has everything you could possibly need when taking a young family away. The location is 10 mins from shops, beautiful beaches and plenty of restaurants.

We would go back in a heartbeat.

Traumhafte Finca

Wir haben neun wunderschöne Urlaubstage in dieser tollen Finca verbracht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden insgesamt sogar übertroffen. Bereits die gesamte Abwicklung im Vorfeld mit dem Gastgeber Elisabeth und Michael Rarej) war ungewöhnlich professionell und äußerst herzlich. Wir wurden vor Ort von Bea freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Wir haben das angebotene Willkommenspackage gebucht und können dies sehr empfehlen.

Innenbereich und Außenbereich waren sauber und gepflegt. Die vorhandene Ausstattung ist super und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Der große Garten ist ein Traum und der Riesenpool bietet bei Bedarf eine willkommene Abkühlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Finca uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

sehr gut

Wir waren 1 Woche mit 4 Paaren in der Finca. Es war Platz für alle. Selbst das Bad in der oberen Etage konnte man mit 2 Paaren teilen. Es ist getrennt durch 2 Türen vom Schlafzimmer. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung voll und ganz. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Haben uns aber fest vorgenommen wiederzukommen. Der Urlaub war einfach phantastisch.

Lob an den Vermieter. Der Kontakt lief einwandfrei und der Ablauf vor Ort genauso.

Tolle Finca mit kinderfreundlichem Pool!

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Finca ist top ausgestattet und lässt so gut wie keine Wünsche offen. Der große Pool ist traumhaft, insbesondere für Kinder. Können die Finca daher nur empfehlen! Ein toller Ort zum Urlaub machen!

einziger Minus-Punkt: die fürchterlich knarzenden Holztüren, die so laut waren, dass häufig wir/unsere Kinder davon aufgewacht sind nachts.

Toller Urlaub in wunderschöner Finca!

Wir empfehlen dieses Anwesen sehr gerne weiter, denn es hat einfach alles gepasst, super Lage, viele Buchten/Strände in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Finca ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich mit dem wunderschönen, gepflegten Garten ist einfach traumhaft (Wohlfühloase!). Unsere Kinder hatten am riesengroßen Pool sehr viel Spaß. Das angebotene Catering hat toll geklappt und vorzüglich geschmeckt. Für uns war es ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, Danke!

Wohnen wie die Könige

Ein wunderbares Urlaubsziel leicht zu finden auf der schönsten Seite Mallorcas mit einer Finca die einfach Traumhaft ist mit wunderschönen Garten tollem Swimmingpool. Diese wunderbare Finca liegt sehr ruhig man kann die Ruhe sehr genießen und ist in wenigen Minuten an den schönsten Stränden.

Wie hat mein 5 jähriger Sohn so treffend gesagt sofort bei der Ankunft:

Müssen wir wieder nach Hause.....ich bleib jetzt für immer da.....
