Enjoy the panoramic view this tropically decorated, fifth-story unit has to offer of the Atlantic Ocean and the adjacent Wildlife Sanctuary. The unit affords its guests the spectacular sunsets the Florida Keys are famous for, right from your balcony and living room.

Kawama Yacht Club is situated at mile marker 100 right on the ocean. This gated community with 24 hour security gate offers all you need for a relaxing vacation or get-away.

The unit has porcelain tiled floors throughout for your comfort and cleanliness. Our unit is fully furnished with all the comforts of home, from your toaster oven to your blender to make those famous tropical drinks. Pets are NOT allowed and this is a No Smoking unit.

NOTE: Our Marina, boat ramp and fish cleaning station is currently closed due to damages from Hurricane Irma as well as the Tower Pool. All guests do have access to two (2) additional pools in the complex.

For the boaters, you will have free use of the ramp or contact us for information on renting a slip at our marina with direct access to the ocean. We feel confident your stay at Kawama Yacht Club will be a most memorable experience!

We bought Kawama for our future retirement home. Excellent fishing, scuba diving, Snorkeling and just all round water sport destination in Florida.

What makes this condo unique

Kawama has its own Marina and ramp. We are located right on the Ocean. We offer a family oriented complex in a gated community with 24 hour at the gate.

"Key Largo Paradise"

My family and I stayed in Kawama in the tower unit 503 and had an absloute awesome time. Everything we needed was there. It was a beautifully furnished 2/2 condo with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facility and spacious living/dining room. The view from the balcony was great and relaxing. We were able to easily get our jetskis in and out of the water with the on site marina. There was even a beach area we could use when we just wanted to sit and relax. There were many restaurants, grocery/shopping, and specialty stores close by for any items we wanted to buy. I would definitely recommend to others and would love to rent there again!

Comfortable and quiet

We were in distress to find a place to stay because our previous reservation at another place was cancelled by the owner without much explanation. Jose was very helpful and prompt - making everything efficient and straight forward.

The place was very clean and comfortable, fully equipped as a home away from home. We enjoyed the sunset from the balcony. The complex is situated next to the mangrove forest and it was very quiet - great for nature loving people like us.

There are great restaurants around but the best was Key Largo fisheries - only a few blocks away where they have fresh seafood everyday (we bought and cooked them ourselves). This was recommended to us by Estella.

Overall very nice stay. Will return if we visit south Florida again.

Good location, comfortable for four

This condo is a 2/2, good for 2 couples or a small family. We were expecting something nicer and more updated for as much as we paid- perhaps should have taken holiday increase in rate into account.

Great Family Vacation Spot!!

The room was very nicely kept and provided a lot of space and easily fit a family of five. The lagoon (which was part of the complex) was amazing! It entertained the kids for hours. The water was clear and there were lots of fish. The pools were well maintained as well. All around it was a very good experience.

Great location for a family vacation!

My family had a wonderful time staying at the condo, it was extremely clean and stocked with every necessity you would need.

The conco was centrally located to all the local reefs for snorkeling and fishing.

Excellent place to stay at the Keys

We've been coming to Kawama Tower for 18 years and hope for another 18 to come at least:) Checkin is always very easy and hosts are always available and fast to respond. Property has very easy access to the ocean, swimming pools and lagoon (where we prefer to spend our time). Key Largo fisheries is right around the corner with freshest selection of fish available. Key Largo is the best dive spot in Florida and if you are a diver or snorkeler I would highly recommend to stay here. Another very important advantage of staying at Kawama Towers is that it is 100% wheelchair accessible.
