This old house is located in the Goëlo region, on the road between Lézardrieux and Paimpol, not far from the chapel Notre-Dame de Kergrist. It has a large, enclosed garden with a lawn on the southern side. The upper floor offers a view of the estuary of the river Trieux, whose main attraction is its proximity to the two family-friendly beaches Ledano and Traou Trez. This picturesque region also has a lot to offer in terms of culture and is very popular with holidaymakers. Paimpol, colloquially known as the city of Icelanders, is famous for its cobbled streets and the houses of ship-owners. Explore the Abbey of Beauport, the maritime Sea Shanty Festival (Festival of the Chants de Marins), and ride in the Vapeur du Trieux, a small, popular tourist train that takes you to Pontrieux. Don't forget to take a stroll through the lively and colourful market with its great local produce. The house is only a few kilometres from the pier, where you can take the ferry to Ile de Bréhat, also known as the Island of Flowers. It takes 15 minutes to cross from Larcouest. Take a leisurely stroll down the characteristic fishing village of Pors-Even. At NOVASOL we offer over 40,000 hand-picked holiday homes, across 29 European countries.
