Completely renovated! We still have a tub and walk-in shower in master but 2nd bath has a new walk-in shower. We got the TV's, appliances, granite and plenty of new cabinets. We are ready for baby and for grandma. You found it. Read on and you'll know why we stay booked. Read our reviews then get on it so I can book your best vacation ever. You snooze, you lose. Our washer and dryer back in Louisiana started running slow and we needed new ones for our home. So we took the old ones and dumped them on a dirt road in the country and bought new ones. Oh, and we got new ones for the beach too. We have new ones and you will too when you are in our condo. (Other owners put their old appliances in 'the condo.' We don't.!)

Our second home has all the things you need to be comfortable on your vacation. Lots of blankets and pillows, and stainless steel appliances. We have a stainless icemaker in the wet bar and a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. We have all tile floors with a couple of rugs that we get cleaned a couple of times a year. Of course, Seachase is famous for the huge master baths with double vanities and a garden tub with separate shower.

We have two king-size beds and a queen sleeper sofa that sits well for watching TV. Our unit is in the East Tower, which is larger than the 2 bedroom units in the West or Center Towers. We have comfortable balcony furniture, including a chaise lounger. We also have handicapped toilets in both bathrooms. We stocked our condo with a toaster, George Foreman Grill, Crock Pot, Rice Cooker, Waffle Iron and Blender......gumbo pot....and now a grill pan to stir fry our vegetables. If we don't have it, you don't need it. Let us know if you think we need to add another appliance.

We put Blue Ray DVD player in the living room but now everyone has Netflix. So we got all Smart TVs. We have a stereo system with Bluetooth for your phone. Best of all is the 55' TV in the living room. We are there quite often and can't live without internet, so bring your laptop, we have free wireless internet. The dining room table chairs are very comfortable and our patio furniture was the best deal we ever made at Sam's; great table and the chairs are big and comfortable.

TV CABLE is through the Association so all units have HBO, or not, geez, the plan changes all the time. Bottom line is-they're all the same..

Across the street, the old Delchamp's that became a Bruno's and then was empty is now a WalMart Market. How cool is that? We think we have the best location around here and we challenge anyone to show us a better one. We already had a great location and now WALMART.

If you've been to Seachase, then skip this paragraph because you already know it is awesome. If you have not seen the new pools, you are missing out, and the new indoor pool is fantastic. The weight room, sauna, indoor pool and beach area all require an access pass so you know you are among only guests and owners. The new outdoor pools include an infinity pool and a zero entry pool. The new water fountain splash pad is great for kids and there is a kid's pool with a mushroom water fountain.

The weight room has brand new fitness equipment, including an elliptical, treadmills, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, 2 TV's as well as weight machines. You will love Seachase as much as we do.


When I was a Las Vegas Craps Dealer they used to say 'not having to wear a tie is worth 5 bucks a day.' Well we are in Seachase East, the newest building with the biggest units. Our two (2) bedroom is 80 square feet bigger (1420) than the two (2) bedrooms in the Center and West towers. 80 feels like 200 when you are there. Like a six (6) foot tall basketball player who 'plays' 6'6'. Most other complexes have three (3) bedrooms that are smaller than our two bedroom. It's the luxury. Seachase was built with an eye toward luxury.


By the way, we have a Graco Pack-n-Play in the closet in case you bring an infant or toddler (like we did). Just bring your pack-n-play sheets.


We have a sturdy white plastic waterproof chair in the master closet and another in the guest closet. We find a number of uses for them whether you have a card game, sit to apply your makeup or sit in the tub or shower. We have handicapped toilets because they are better and handheld showerheads because they are better. We have a gumbo pot because we like gumbo : ).


We bought a George Foreman grill back home because we love Georgie. It sat in our cabinet for years. We brought it to the beach because you can't eat at the The Hangout every night. We liked using it so much we bought another for back home. : )


Let's face it, nothing matters but our big TVs. We like our TV's big and loud. Dr. Phil. Ellen, Golf, SEC Football, Fox News, it's all better on a big TV. You love us for our TV and that's okay, we'll leave the gumbo pot anyway.


You can tell by our write up that we are really owners who go to the beach and use the place. No fancy realtor language here ('fixer upper' 'handyman's dream' 'fully appointed kitchen'). What does that mean anyway, fully-appointed? Here's what I know: We go there and we like waffles, gumbo, burgers, daiquiris, etc. So we have the stuff to make those in the condo. No appointment necessary. : )

Do you remember when Ebay was still a guy selling his old guitar to make a few bucks? Now it is all store fronts for retail merchants. Well, that is quickly happening to VRBO. (It has already happened). But, you are still in early we really own our condo. (And we bought VRBO #575082). Half of the Seachase VRBO's are really management companies posting on VRBO. It kind of defeats the purpose of bringing owners together with guests. I really own it.

About Christopher Trahan

We are a family with three children and this is our vacation home. We actually only wanted two children....but that's a long story. Anyway, we live in Louisiana and go to the condo as much as we can. When we are there, the kids swim, Dad changes burnt lightbulbs and Mom cleans behind the sofa. We do our best to keep up the condo when we are there. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do, or more.

Why Christopher Trahan chose Orange Beach

We bought our condo at Seachase because we stayed there with our families for 20 years as renters and loved every minute. Buying a condo at Seachase was a dream for us. We think Seachase is the very best that Orange Beach has to offer. Orange Beach has beautiful beaches and water but also it is very family oriented. We don't get a lot of Spring Breakers in Orange Beach. Orange Beach has nice restaurants, lots of entertainment, golf, lots of kid activities and just lots of reasons to choose this destination for your family vacation.

What makes this condo unique

We are completely remodeled. All granite, new cabinets, new showers and tub. You found the gem. Come on in.

  • Bathrooms remodeled 12/13 with new cabinets, granite and new showers and tub. Sometimes my elderly parents go to the condo so we have furnished it with consideration to their needs. We have handicapped toilets in both bathrooms. We have handheld showerheads in both bathrooms. We have two sturdy plastic chairs from Sam's that are great for use in the shower. We also have a teak shower stool. Both bathrooms have a walk-in showers for easy access in and out.

  • We have a pack n' play but our boys are too big now. If you need it, it's there. You bring sheets. Our two bedrooms each have a King size bed. The master bedroom is large enough to put an air mattress on the floor. The living room sofa opens to a queen size bed. However, we usually bring an air mattress for our little guys to sleep with us in the master. By-laws only allow 6 guests in our 2 bedroom. However, the condo is 1420 square feet. Many 3 bedrooms in the area are less than 1200 square feet.

Another good trip to Seachase!

This was our second trip to Seachase but the first in the Trahan’s condo. Well furnished. Great amenities. A few minor issues, but Chris was very responsive in getting those resolved. Would definitely recommend. Will consider this unit for our next trip as well.

Always the Best

The best way to describe our stay is sharing with you that this was our 4th stay! That should speak volumes! 4 years in a row we have packed and headed to this exact condo and every year it is amazing. We plan to continue our yearly visit for as many years as we are able!!! The property has everything you could ever need for a top notch vacation spot. I highly recommend giving this one a try!!

"Back to the islands" in Orange Beach

As summer ended, we were looking for an "island retreat" with easy access. Family suggested Orange Beach and Seachase condos....We hit a "home run" with both!

Orange Beach is beautiful with "powder like" white sand beaches that stretch for miles, wonderful restaurants and shops within minutes, and an "island vibe" that reminded us to "slow down and enjoy"!

Our condo was the "icing on the cake!"

Beautiful decor, wonderful floor plan, amazing balcony views of the beach in every direction, glorious views of sunrise and sunset, excellent location, and faboulously comfortable beds!!!!

The condo decor was "Caribbean paradise" and made us feel we were in "the islands". Every convenience, appliance, and entertainment mode was provided. The condo was very clean and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail and quality of decor was obvious.

The walls of windows and mirrors were beautiful, the bedrooms spacious with beautiful views in the master bedroom, and the marble showers were luxurious. The master bath was almost as large as the bedroom.

Truly an elegant condo in every way.......LOVED the new yellow leather sofas!!!!!

An additional perk was the attentiveness and responsiveness of the owner. He responded to every request for information before we arrived and continued to answer our questions... even to the point of sending us instructions on the operation of the coffeemaker. We greatly appreciate his commitment to "treating us like guests" in his beautiful home.

We will return to Orange Beach and will schedule our trips to insure we get this condo every time!

This is our 2nd time at SeaChase! A great condo with everything you could ask for. The amenities are endless. The kids loved the selection of pools & the easy access to the beach! Owners went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We'll be back for sure!
