The layout is as follows: The ground floor has a very spacious living-dining area with direct access to the garden. A covered and open terrace area, a barbecue area with a lounge area and an enclosed garden area are perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or barbecuing. From the living area you have direct access to the modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, electric. Mixer, satellite TV, washing machine, ironing board, iron, tea towels etc.

A spiral staircase leads to the first floor of the building. Upstairs, the property has 3 double bedrooms and two full baths features. The master bedroom with 'bath en suite ' still has access to the private balcony and a huge roof terrace with panoramic view of the surroundings. The remaining two bedrooms share a full bath upstairs.

The property is of high quality and leaves no wish unfulfilled. Bed linen, towels (incl. beach towels) are provided.

Reasonable price and great location!

Staying at this houses with my family was truly one of the best accommodation experiences we have ever had in Mallorca. The house was just as advertised. Everything worked well- all kitchen appliances (including washing mashine), bathrooms, TV etc - everything high standard.

The location is idyllic, great restaurants, supermarket and shops around in 5 minutes by car. Es trenc beach is beautiful and very safe for children, but for sure to cold during winter time.

The villasmallorca ladies are lovely, helpful and friendly hosts. They really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and helped with all our enquiries about Mallorca. I stayed at the houses with my husband, friends, parents and our two children and it couldn't have been more perfect for a relaxing stay. Saludos, as you say...Penelope

We went out for a new years party location on majorca, and all for a reasonable price. There it is! We have been a party of 11 adults plus 2 kids and had a perfect time in Sa Rapita! Cosy and high standard homes, both comparable regarding furniture and quality (we booked both homes). Everthing was prepared at arrival, nice and friendly hosts....special thanks to Mr. Corrado, good job!
