White modern villa with pool at the bedrooms and a view, you will never forget

Your first morning in Alcudia, in the holiday chalet 'Marigolf', will never be forgotten. Directly from the bedroom, you will find not only the light blue pool but also the fantastic view of the Bay of Alcudia and the lighthouse island of Aucanada. At one side you can see the dark blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea with its white-crested waves; on the other side, you can delight with the vibrant green colour of the currently most beautiful golf course in Europe. Welcome to Aucanada, one of the most beautiful places in northern Mallorca. Welcome to the holidaymakers' paradise! It is not exclusive for experienced golf fans. The villa features 3 bedrooms with en suite bathroom; two of them have sea view and direct access to the pool. In addition, the open plan red Miele kitchen has access to the upper terrace and living room.

This house is so beautiful that we simply could not resist to it. Currently we are living in another house in Alcudia, and we are pleased to rent this villa for the coming period to demanding but friendly holiday makers. In addition, Marigolf offers 3 bedrooms and an absolutely family-friendly environment although it could also be the absolut perfect getaway for couples. There a only five steps between your four poster and the pool. Or vice versa...

What makes this chalet unique

With the new government on Mallorca the illegal renting of houses and apartments with paying of tax and tourist fees became a serious case. With the first day of renting out “Marigolf” we founded a little Spanish Company to declare tax and business. We are certified by the minister of tourism. That means you will get an official contract and bill with Spanish VAT. So if you a travel insurance, so are on the safe side.

Our administrator speaks English, Spanish and German. He will welcome you in the “Marigolf” and will check you out. He will coordinate with you the dates of cleaning, gardening and pool keeping. When we are not on the island – he is your man for every question or problem.

Wir waren Ende Juli in diesem traumhaften Haus und haben die Zeit mehr als genossen! Die Bilder können die wahre Qualität und Perfektion dieses Traumhauses nicht genügend wiedergeben. Ein fantastischer Blick, eine luxuriöse Küche, herrliche helle Zimmer und ein genialer Pool waren absolut perfekt, um sich zu erholen!

Wenn unser Koffer größer gewesen wäre, hätten wir dieses schöne Haus gerne mitgenommen! :-)

The white villa is located above the peninsula of Aucanada (Alcanada), well known for the beautiful Golf course of the Porsche-Family and the lighthouse island, the landmark of Alcudia. Alcudia is located between two bays totally different. The bay of Alcudia has the longest sandy beach of Mallorca. On the other Hand: The bay of Pollenca with small beaches and hidden bays. You can nearly do everything of water sport around Alcudia. There are schools and rentals for sailing, wind- and kite-surfing, wake-boarding and water-skiing, diving and there is a huge “Waterpark” with all kinds of slides. Alcudia is one of the oldest towns on Mallorca with a history that goes back to 2000 BC. You will find a lot of excavations proofing the times of Romans, Moors and Arabs.
