Absolute Traumlocation

  • 5 of 5

  • 5 of 5

Fantastic pool area with beautiful surrounding

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay in this high class property. The pool area, villa standard, surroundings and location exceeded our expectations. We love to come back in the future. For a family trip it might be good to know that two of the four bedrooms are detached from the main villa.

In the middle of 2011 by the UNESCO World Heritage Serra de Tramuntana, this wonderful holiday home with stunning views of the rugged coast of Deia and the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean, halfway between Deia and Soller. The Serra de Tramuntana is a mountain range that stretches across the entire northwest of the island of Andratx Mallorca on Estellencs, Banyalbufar, Valldemossa, Deia, Soller, Fornalutx and Escorca until finally Pollensa on the east coast of the island. It is famous for its spectacular rock formations, overgrown with oaks, olive and pine trees, and their great variety of birds and is here at its best. The mountain is well connected by roads and trails and therefore for hiking and biking ideal. Fortunately, this part of the island has remained mostly untouched by mass tourism. The Tramuntana mountain range is characterized by its originality and its largely intact and unspoiled nature. In this area, numerous walking trails.

Who does not know Mallorca and spends his vacation here will instantly fall in love and come back again and again.

The crystal clear here Mediterranean waters for swimming and in fact is an access to the sea not far away. You have to pay via a few rocks to climb, but that's part of the adventure. Similarly, for swimming and snorkeling this small rocky beach is popular with the locals. A lazy day at the pool surrounded by nature, however, is not to be despised.

In the immediate neighborhood is also one of the best restaurants in the region, "Bens d'Avall", famous for its sunsets and excellent menus. It is advisable to reserve a table.

The town about 15 minutes away lying Soller home to about half of all people living in the Tramuntana inhabitants (a total of about 20 000) and below the Puig Major, who, with 1. 445m highest elevation in Mallorca Sóller is located in a fertile valley, which is famous for its orange, lemon and ancient olive groves. At the beginning of the 20th century. Century was booming trade between Puerto de Sóller and the South of France and the prosperity of the city was founded here. Sóller is a beautiful, vibrant city and the Plaza is always something going on. You should not miss.

Puerto de Sóller, the natural harbor with his now pedestrianized promenade, marina and the small beach has evolved over the last 10 years into a real eye-catcher. Many really good restaurants line the first row and the port is enjoying a growing reputation and popularity. The Swedish hotel "Esplendido" and the new 5-star hotel Jumeirah also certainly to attract an international clientele.

The town of Deia with about 750 inhabitants, is located about 15 Minunten from Ben's D'Avall. Here lived the Austrian Archduke Ludwig Salvator of Habsburg-Lorraine. In Deia numerous artists have settled and thus established his reputation as "artists' village" since the beginning of the last century. One-third of the residents of the village are now foreigners. There are boutiques, art galleries, luxury hotels and quality restaurants. Three miles below the village there is a small pebble bay. This beautiful, surrounded by medium-high cliffs bay is covered with pine forests and ends in a semicircular beach of coarse sand and gravel. There are also two restaurants on the waterfront. In summer you can also internationally known personalities here.
