About the property

Privat 50sm Panoramic terrace/sea-view/1 bedroom/bath with shower/AC/Fireplace

The apartment is located above Port de Sóller and has a beautiful 180 degree panoramic view on the Tramuntana Mountains and parts of the bay and the beach. It is part of a compound with a community pool, which can, of course, also be used by you.

The total of 150 square meters include to each a third the living space, the terrace with teak furniture and double sun lounger and the rock garden with a separate sitting accommodation. Here, you can also use the barbecue area and enjoy the outside shower. The whole area is private, belongs to the apartment and is only for your use.

Just like in every apartment, you are self-catering concerning consumable supplies and groceries. Naturally, you can use everything that is in the apartment.

The apartment has a big living room with an inbuilt kitchen. The whole living and sleeping area has a high quality travertine floor. During the winter months, the fireplace provides additional warmth and a cozy atmosphere.

Inside the apartment, also in the whole area outside you will reach the www with a WLAN for free.

The bathroom is fitted with an all-glass door for the shower, a huge marble basin, underfloor heating and towel heating.

Both, the separate bedroom with a 160cm double bed and the living room are provided with air-conditioning -cold/warm- (also for both separate remotes controls) and SAT-television.

Enjoy the panoramic view on the 50 square meters terrace, regardless of the weather; about half of the terrace is roofed. We've had to make in 2016 uniform, new editions. State of affairs are currently the photos with the Red pads.

As our guest you will, right after booking, receive extensive information and valuable tips concerning trips, restaurants, shopping possibilities and the Mallorca Island. In the apartment itself, you will also find selected and valuable books.

Furthermore, there is a private car parking place belonging to the apartment.

Friendly notes:

1. Due to the hillside location, the apartment and the pool are located each in the first floor in two separated parts of the building, reachable through staircases. We would like to point that out to guests with a mobility handicap.

2. The private parking lot in front of the House is not locked, so that even unauthorized can place himself there. Here we have unfortunately no influence. There are however plenty of parking spaces within a radius of 50 meters.

3. This announce is a private offer to conclude of a short term lease in the context of a season lease with a fixed term. Our tenants receive a corresponding lease from us upon receipt of the full cost of the booking. Tourist services of any kind are not part of this contract and are also not offered in addition.

Why The owner chose Soller

Puerto de Sóller. No other town on Mallorca offers you this combination of the over 1000-meter-high mountains of the Tramuntana, the Marina and the most fantastic sunsets.

Enjoy the 180 degree panoramic view terrace on mountains and sea and our apartment, which was completely gutted and completely modernized from November 2014. The outdoor rock garden with outdoor kitchen are completely new.

Only the highest quality materials were used, replaced the air conditioning, a fireplace installed, as well as the underfloor heating in the bathroom.

The completion of the apartment could be celebrated in April 2015.

Heaven High above the Harbor

This apartment was a rare find. The veranda offers spectacular views of the harbor and mountains, changing as the light changes through the day. It is very private and has many corners to relax in.

All of the furnishings are very high end and reflect the good taste of the owners.

Many properties offer a fully equipped kitchen but most fall short. Not this one. Both my wife and I cook and we were amazed that the kitchen was not only fully appointed but supplied with quality items. Shopping in the markets allowed us to enjoy the delightful seasonal vegetables, the wide variety of fresh fruit (most grown nearby) and the seafood the island is known for.

The bedroom offered good storage and the bathroom (with it's heated river stone floor) was first rate.

Even the craftsman doors throughout lent an air of quality to this distinguished unit.

The nearby swimming pool was private, quiet, exceptionally clean and never crowded.

We explored many other places on the island and we were very glad to luck upon this gem. There is also a world-class spa a short walk up the street for a massage or drinks at the sunset bar.

Since the unit is only one bedroom and so well appointed its probably not a good choice for children - I'd bet little hands couldn't resist the ornate sea shell mirror in the bathroom (and it would likely cost a fortune to replace.) Instead, book this apartment for that rare romantic getaway with someone you love and be the hero of your holiday!

Luxurious stay, every requirement catered for.

Such a beautiful apartment, a lot of time and money has been spent on the decor, layout and the wonderful outdoor area. Everything is finished to a very high standard. We especially loved the outdoor space where there was plenty of sunshine, but also plenty of shade. Outdoor seating areas were second to none. The only negative was the steep walk to the town centre (1.2 miles downhill into the town, but the climb back up in the heat of the day was hard!), but, to be fair, we were made aware of this in all of the write ups. The view once at the top is spectacular though. Watch out for the €80 euro cleaning bill at the end of your stay. Would I return? Can i recommend? Yes, most definitely

Stunning top quality apartment

The apartment lacks for nothing! It is beautiful! Everything is so well thought out and top of the range. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could think of. I loved the bathroom especially the huge walk in shower with seat in it. The outside terrace was fabulous I like to sunbathe on a flat surface and was thrilled to find sun lounger cushions in the outside room and when I wanted to read in the shade I moved to the canopied double bed lounger. When it got too hot there was the very handy outdoor shower to cool off under. Michael and Sybille have thought of everything!

The view of the Tramuntana Mountains and the Port were incredible and I never tired of seeing them.

I would point out the quickest way down to the town is by walking right outside of the apartment down past the Nautilus Hotel and down the steps by the Hotel de Soller

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Port de Soller and the beautiful apartment.

We could not speak more highly about the apartment! It was immaculate and very clean and the view was spectacular.

It had everything you could have asked for and the terrace just made it. We ate outside under the covered part of the terrace which was just perfect and we were able to sun bath in private and on the very comfortable furniture provided. It really was a home away. The apartment is very sylishly presented with high quality furniture and equipment.

We spent a wonderful first day of arrival in Palma looking at the sights there and then took the train to Port de Soller. We really enjoyed that. During our stay we enjoyed the tram ride to Soller for the Saturday market, we took the bus to Deia and one of the boat trips from Port de Soller. We would walk about 10/15 minutes from the apartment to Port de Soller - all downhill and then often we got a taxi back.

A wonderful holiday!

We have already been recommending the apartment and Port de Soller to all our friends!

"Perfekte" Ferienwohnung

In der Fehrienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. In den Wintermonaten ist der Steisteinboden etwas kalt, ein doppeltes Paar Socken oder Hausschuhe können da Abhilfe schaffen. ;)
