In addition to the apartment rental rate following extras will be charged:
Cleaning the apartment: CHF 110. 00
Bed linen: CHF 10.- per bed
Electricity consumption by meter: CHF 0. 25 per kWh
Private vehicle and per week: CHF 35.-
The taxes are to the usual local approaches, ie CHF 2. 50 per adult and night or CHF 1. 25 per child - collected and overnight (6 to 16 years)!
Terms and conditions
1. Come into effect
The lease becomes effective only when the form is signed by both parties of the landlord in possession and the agreed deposit is received by the lessor. At lease the property is returned in a tidy condition and along with the full inventory to the landlord or his representative. For damage to property and for missing inventory the tenant is liable.
. 6 Annulment

Blatten / Belalp - Belalp Bahnen!
For over 50 years to bring the Belalp Bahnen any of it would in a world of hiking trails in summer and endless ski slopes in winter. What began with a simple cable car and a single ski lift, was crowned in winter 2013/2014 with the opening of the new gondola and the valley station.
As of 21. 12. 2013, the modern 8-person gondola takes guests from Blatten to the Belalp - right in the paradise!
The ski resort Blatten - Belalp: an insider tip among the Valais ski areas at an altitude of 3112 meters at 60 km challenging slopes. In addition, you can enjoy the view of 17 four-thousand-Valais and the Great Aletsch Glacier (UNESCO World Heritage).
Winter Sports - Wellness and Hiking
The traditional village of Blatten, with its sun-brides chalets and cottages is the ideal starting point for winter sports or hiking in the summer on the sunny Belalp. The area Belalp / Blatten offers for everybody (skiers, snowboarders, cross-country skiers, snowshoers and sledders) a varied winter range around 60km of slopes extending from 1322 masl to 3112 m of altitude ertstrecken. In the summer months there is a great selection of hiking, glacier, metallurgical, or mountain tours in and around the UNESCO World Heritage the Great Aletsch glacier. For the children, an adventure playground and awaits for the brave adventure 'Massaschlucht' through the Grand Canyon of Switzerland!
Leisure tip: Suspension bridge Belalp-Riederalp!
Hiking in the UNESCO Aletsch!
From Brig it goes with the bus to Blatten and then by cable car to the Belalp. From here a beautiful trail through the UNESCO Aletsch via the new suspension bridge to the Riederalp.
From the Belalp it comes to Aletschbord. Once you arrive at the hotel on the Belalp Aletschbord, you descend into Majensäss 'Aletschji'. About the 'Leng Acher' reach the impressive suspension bridge, which leads 80 meters above the raging Massa to Grünsee. In this small and idyllic lake can be locked. A slight Board gives strength for the subsequent ascent to the silver sand. From here, nor is achieved it will take another hour to the Riederfurka. Finally the walk, you walk to Riederalp and take the cable car to Mörel and take the Matterhorn-Gotthard Railway back to Brig. This walk can be enjoyed until well into October!
The walk takes 5 hours.

We are a family of 6 with 4 teenage children and all throughly enjoyed our summer holiday in Switzerland. The property is a good size as is the garden and makes an ideal base for exploring the local area. An 80/100 meter walk takes you to the cable car upto Belalp were you can gaze at the largest glacier in the alps and a 45min drive can take you to Tasch (for the Zermatt,Matterhorn train) or the outstanding Saas fee.
Our trip we had very hot weather so enjoyed the excellent thermal pools and europes longest water slide 20mins drive away at Brigerbad.
The 5th and 6th bed fold out of the lounge wall and are of good quality. The wifi is fast,ideal for keeping up with the office or to relax with in the evening. The owners were welcoming yet unobtrusive during the stay. The son speaks excellent English.
For some the kitchen may be too small but it is well equipped and is perfect for a family of 4 to 6.
