Family friendly apartment with garden in green Leiblachtal.

We have arranged for our guests a bright and pleasant feel-good apartment in a quiet location, so you can enjoy your holiday in a beautiful setting.

The master bedroom (with satellite HD TV) has a separate bathroom with corner bath, toilet and washing machine with dryer function.

The nursery is equipped with a bunk bed.

The eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave with grill, coffee machine and a large fridge freezer leave nothing to be desired.

Invites a round table with 6 chairs in the bay window to be sociable together.

The living room has a comfortable sofa bed with Notbettfunktion. When flat-screen HD TV with satellite connection we have a 5 1 Dolby surround system installed. Thus, an acoustic experience is guaranteed. Kids are welcome to bring your own connect your game console.

The second bathroom with shower is both the living room and the corridor accessible.

In the hallway there is a large mirror so that you can prepare optimally for all festivities.

A large garden terrace with table, chairs and umbrella allows you to enjoy the warm summer nights to the fullest. Of course, the kettle grill, swing and trampoline may be for common use.

Overall, we have an idyllic garden apartment set up so that you can fully utilize your precious time and spend an unforgettable holiday.

Bright, spacious and clean Apartment

Property was extremely clean, spacious with plenty of room for a family of 5. Beautiful garden with room for the kids to run, too bad we had poor weather. They also had some toys inside which our kids were happy to find and use to play. Location was convenient to the train station, only a 20 minute walk for a family with kids 6-9 years old) and halfway between Lindau & Bregenz. The area and the building were quiet which was important for us to be able to get some sleep. Plus, the kitchen had everything needed to make our own meals. Would definitely recommend this apartment / flat to another family.

Wonderful Lake Constance/ Bodensee

Despite the week of poor weather we enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It had all that we needed & was in a perfect location for reaching the Bodensee as well as the Austrian version of the Black Forest.

The apartment owners, Dieter and Sabrina, live in the upper part of the house and were very helpful. Dieter supplied us with a number of places that we could visit. Lindau & the Pfander were highlights. We also had a wonderful lunch in the hotel/ restaurant on the mountain overlooking the Bodensee that Dieter recommended. Not to be missed.

Great Stay and Highly recommended

Early in September my family stayed for nights. We were made to feel very welcome and any requests were attended to promptly. The apartment was spacious and suited our family of three adults a one year old and three year old. Particularly helpful were the toys, trampoline and swings that kept the children happy. We were very impressed with the effort made to provide us all with bikes and suitable seats for the children which we used for three of our days biking with a lot of pleasure around the lake.

Eine Schöne Zeit in Hörbranz

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und

haben uns eine sehr schöne Zeit im Vorralberg ermöglicht.

Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt.

Selbst das verweilen mit einer weiteren Familie ist möglich,

dank der räumlichen Trennungen (Kindeszimmer, 2xBad, Schlafzimme, Schlafsofa).
