About the property

Small, well-kept, family friendly apartment.

The terrace overlooks a large natural lawn that is bordered by a stream and is located on a wooded hillside.

You can sit on the screened patio and chirping birds, the rippling brook quietly and hear the crickets chirping.

Location: About 5 minutes walk from the lake and town center, where there is also a swimming pool and public swimming facilities are located. Approximately 5 minutes from the motorway exit St. Georgen and 5 minutes from the Railway Station.

Hiking is available directly away from home.

Shops are located diagonally across the street or on the motorway.

Description: The EC apartment consists of: bedroom with double bed (180/200), spacious wardrobe, small kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a living-dining room with sofa bed and a spacious terrace with large awning. Also available on the terrace, a charcoal grill, a table with chairs and 2 sun loungers.

The apartment is part of a single-storey house, which is home to only Ferienappartements private owners.

The house itself is from the 70s / 80s. Our apartment we have adopted and adapted to our needs a little adjusting. It is a cozy, small apartment with pine furniture. She's not comfortable and modern, such. As a guest house, but equipped with everything you may need in a holiday everyday way.

It remains even on hot days without air conditioning nice and cool. Parking in front of the house.

Facilities: The living room has satellite TV, WiFi, DVD player, radio-CD player are set.

The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven and dishwasher. There is a coffee (coffee powder), water and egg cooker, toaster, blender, large fridge with freezer own.

On Cooking & eating utensils, everything is available, washing machine is also available. Hairdryer, bed linens and towels, but can also be brought.

Surroundings: The Attersee itself is about half an hour from Salzburg. He is beautiful, has crystal clear water and is surrounded by a diverse mountain landscape that invites you to go hiking, biking or just walking. Sports such as sailing, golf, diving (diving school), etc. are offered in the area around the lake. Brochures and small cards are on in the apartment and are available at the tourist center at the site

Als wohl letzte Gäste in diesem Jahr haben wir die Wohnung für eine Woche gemietet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt werden könnte und die tolle Terrasse ließ uns doch etwas den Sommer zurückwünschen. Herzlichen Dank!

Le calme, le confort, la propreté, tout pour réussir son séjour !

Logement situé dans une petite co-propriété très calme, avec pour vis-à-vis un pré occupé par 3 vaches. Nous avons eu le bonheur de venir avec nos 4 chiens, une schnauzer naine, un affenpinscher et deux shetlands, la terrasse très pratique, car fermée, ils ne pouvaient pas divaguer tout en étant à l'extérieur. Le logement par lui même très bien agencé, confortable et propre, avec la possibilité de se restaurer dès l'arrivée.

Les ouvertures donnant sur l'extérieur sont équipées d'une portes en fer forgé habillée avec un tulle qui permettait de pouvoir aérer sans l'inconvénient de faire entrer, mouches, moustiques, etc. En bref, que du bonheur, et peut être à une prochaine fois.

Ein kleines Appartement schön eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sauber und mit der Terrasse vollkommen ausreichend und man braucht nur noch tolles Wetter.

Schöne Wohnung, alles bestens.

Wir waren im September - zum Saisonende - 4 Tage in dieser wirklich schönen gemütlichen Wohnung. Es war alles da, was man brauchen kann, wie zu Hause. Wir sind an einem recht kühlen Tag angekommen, da hat uns der Elektrokamin recht gute Dienste geleistet. Unsere Fahrräder, mit denen wir einige schöne Erkundungstouren bei angenehmen Temeraturen an den folgenden Tagen gemacht haben, konnten wir in einem Schuppen abstellen. Die Wiese vor der Terrasse ist gut für´s Gemüt.

Die Vermieterin, die selbst nicht vor Ort war, hat uns per E-Mail alles bis ins Detail erklärt - besser gings nicht.
