Amazing short trip stay

This apartment is superb - the location, right next to the lovely Es Trenc playa in a rural spot and sea view! Especially the kitchenette with the living room and the terrace were perfectly made for the big group of people. The caretaker were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

New years party at it`s best!

We recommend this place for a romantic or chilly stay at the beach...but went there for new years party with friends and family. Perfect place, nice and cosy detached home, professional and good organized hosts.

Few, but good bars and restaurants around in walking distance (300 meters along the shoreline). Well maintained/equipped kitchen. Garden area perfect for barbecue events. Recommendable, even in winter time...Best regards! Sergio, Mike and family

Absolute Spitze! Alles was ein Haus braucht!

Wir waren eine grosse Gruppe Mädels und waren in diesem schönen Reihenhaus und einem Appartement untergebracht. Umwerfende Lage direkt an einem der schönsten Strände die ich gesehen habe. Das Haus ist spitzenmässig ausgestattet und auch mit 6 Personen ist genug Platz. Gerade durch den schönen Terrassenbereich und den Garten spielt sich das Leben sowieso nur draussen ab.

Absolut Zentral gelegen, alles in Laufreichweite (Restaurants, Supermarkt, Cafes, Strandpromenade....). Trotzdem ist innerhalb der Appartementanlage absolute Ruhe gewesen. Man hört nur das Rauschen des Meeres und die Geräusche aus dem Hafen Sa Rapita.

Insgesamt tolle Location auch für grössere Gruppen! Wir kommen wieder!!!
