The Apartment 'Vistamar' is located within the many years known and well-kept apartment complex "Tres Palmeras" in La Playa / Valle Gran Rey - directly on the road to the popular Playa Ingles. A very good starting point for many leisure activities - it is the two beaches of sunny Valle Gran Rey just as close as the bars and restaurants.

A perfect location in the Valle Gran Rey - quiet and central - with all the amenities of the facility. To share the apartment complex heard in the entrance area public WIFI, a swimming pool, surrounded by a pretty garden, sun loungers and parasols - directly behind is in the sunset of the open sea.

The apartment Marta is located on the first floor with two balconies - one goes to southwest with view of the sea, the other is directed to the northwest and offers the hot afternoon hours a shady spot.

The apartment itself is about 60 square meters spacious for 2 - 3 persons. The large living room includes the kitchen, the dining area and the living area with a comfortable sofa, which can be used as a sofa bed. There is a television with satellite connection which allows you to see Spanish and foreign programs than to listen to the radio and internationally. From the living room that opens onto a Northwest balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge / freezer, German and Spanish coffee maker, pots and pans and a toaster and an electric juicer.

This includes a large wooden table with 4 comfortable chairs.

The newly renovated bathroom has a shower room with sink, toilet and washing machine.

The master bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm), 2 bedside tables and a large closet - the door leading out onto the south west facing balcony overlooking the pool and the sunset over the neighboring island of El Hierro.

The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs.

In Apartment Marta children are welcome. Also long term renters are welcome guests - please ask for this the special conditions.

Uns hat die zentrale Lage zwischen der Strandpromenade von la Playa und der Playa Ingles überzeugt. Das Apartment selber ist einfach, aber praktisch eingerichtet. Den Pool haben wir gerne nach den Wanderungen genutzt. Die Anlage ist ruhig und beschaulich.

zentral gelegene Ferienanlage mit Pool in VGR

Das Apartment Vistamar gehört zur Ferienanlage Tres Palmeras im Ortsteil La Playa in Valle Gran Rey (am Zuweg zur Playa Ingles). Es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zu den Stränden, zu den kleinen Läden, den Bars und Restaurants. Da ich gerne dort bummeln gehe und die nette, ruhige Stimmung genieße, war es für mich ein idealer Standort. Das Apartment ist einfach eingerichtet, sauber, und hat einen schönen Balkon. Vor dem Frühstück mal eben in den Pool, das hat was! Canarianfeeling hatte für mich einen Leihwagen gebucht, der bei meiner Ankunft im Hafen von San Sebastian bereit stand. So war ich jederzeit unabhängig und konnte ganz nach Lust und Laune die Insel erkunden. Abends bin ich immer in VGR geblieben, denn das Angebot an Restaurants und Bars ist wirklich sehr groß. Kurz: für Valle Gran Rey-Fans ist das Apartment Vistamar empfehlenswert.
