This Mediterranean style apartment is located right on the pine-covered slopes of the bay of Cala Llamp in Mallorca, offering a fantastically beautiful sea view to the southwest.

This cozy apartment in Majorcan style has a combined living / dining area with fireplace, two bedrooms, a spacious private terrace and access to the shared pool area. Waking up in the bedroom with panoramic windows overlooking the bay is a unique experience.

The apartment is built in terrace-style construction directly into the steep hillside. This includes a large outdoor area, including terrace and garden, where you can enjoy the sun, dream and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

Embedded in our small, privately-run complex with a total of only seven units we offer upscale amenities, which is like a 5-star requirement.

Resort of port andratx never fails to please. Property disappointing.

Our 10th time in port andratx so know the area well. Decided to try different area and property. Positively: view from property amazing as is the floor to ceiling bedroom window and view; outside furniture top quality and a really comfortable "real" double bed. What needs to be addressed: rugs and sofa tired and in need of good clean; shower bracket was broken on arrival (this would have been obvious to maintenance team or cleaner); the bathroom floor needed cleaning and shower door needs new rubber at bottom to prevent leakage; we were advised of 1 crane and new nearby building works but counted 4 cranes within 60 metres of property . When advertising property it should be made clear there are 74 steep steps up to street level; there is a lift but ideally for luggage only due to speed and robustness.

Overall we enjoyed our holiday but in order for the property to attain the intended 5 star aspirations some improvements would need to be carried out.
