Beautifully furnished and very well maintained cottage just 1.5 km from the large beach of Anneville-sur-Mer. You live here in the southern part of the Cotentin peninsula, just a stone's throw from Coutances. Located in the dunes, the cottage is ideal for all beach and nature lovers, and cyclists and water sports enthusiasts can store their bikes and equipment in the garage. Not far from the biggest attractions of the region, first of all Mont-Saint-Michel and Omaha Beach.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person or bring their own. Ferienwohnung sanierungsbedürftig

Großflächiger schwarzer Schimmel in Bad und Kinderzimmer. Modrig schimmeliger Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung. Holz WC- Deckel feucht aufgequollen, nach Urin riechend- nicht mehr zu reinigen. Möbel alt, klapprig teils notdürftig zusammengeklebt, überstrichen und runtergerockt. Waschmaschine ungepflegt. Für 140€ die Nacht hätten wir mehr erwartet.
