Stylish cottage in former post office from 1800. Very central location in beautiful nature. You can go berry and mushroom picking, fishing, cycling and guided walks. Moose and deer. Bright and open with views of the mountains. Many marked hiking trails to the mountain tops. Short distance to lighted cross-country ski trail, your ski trip can start right at the door. Approx. 30 minutes drive to the alpine facility in Vrådal. Short way to Hardangervidda. Together with N35036 there is room for 2-3 families. Ride the historic canal boats through the locks in the Telemark Canal, which European guidebooks called the "Eighth Wonder of the World" when it opened in 1892.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of NOK 100.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Bij aankomst bleek de verhuurder het huis helemaal in kerstsfeer te hebben gebracht, wat een warm welkom! Verhuurder is bij vragen/problemen snel aanwezig, huis is precies als op de foto's. Sneeuw op de oprit werd geveegd zodat huis goed bereikbaar bleef bij sneeuw. Aanrader!

Wunderschöne Natur

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 1 Hund) waten für 7 Tage dort. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Wir haben fast direkt vor der Tür Elche und Rehe gehabt. Die Betten sind nicht ganz so gemütlich aber ansonsten War das Haus in einem top Zustand. Es ist alles vorhanden gewesen so das man wirklich nur Lebensmittel mitnehmen musste. Die Stadt ist ungefähr 1 Std Autofahrt entfernt und der Einkaufsladen (Spar) 15 min mit dem Auto. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen und ich denke im Winter idt es dort auch sehr schön. Wer ruhe und die Natur liebt ist dort genau richtig ☺ Der See ist auch nicht weit entfernt und ein anderer See (etwas schöner) ist in der nähe vom Spar
