Casa Sueños is located in a quiet street in the Cape La Nau in the area Granadella beach about 300 meters from the sea (cliffs). Across the street there are the picturesque bay of Grana Dela about 2.3 km away.
The property has 1200 square meters and is landscaped, Mediterranean style. A wrought iron gate and an enclosure they can be on this secluded plot all to yourself. You have the option to park your car on the property.

Whole family had a excellent holiday and would highly recommend this property for a family holiday , we was greeted with lunch from the owners caretakers which was a very welcoming , it was also very nice to meet the owner on our departure and we definitely will be going back , the communication with the owner was was first class and very helpful .
We are very happy with our stay in Javea and the accommodation exceeded our expectations . The house and gardens were well maintained and had a cozy atmosphere. Both the kitchen and bathroom had very good standrad. We really liked the patio and pool area.
We also think that everything practical around find the right way and to get access to the house worked super smooth. Marcus phoned right after our reservation and responded very quickly to email questions. It felt serious and safe to rent their house. We also got a warm welcome from the property managers when we arrived in Javea. So we can warmly recommend people to stay at Sylvia & Markus Preuss house.
Alles, wie beschrieben. Schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Sehr gepflegt. Äußerst freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter, ebenso der Hausverwalter. Besonders zu empfehlen für eine Familie 2 + 2 + Großeltern! Javea ist im Herbst noch traumhafter, als im Sommer... im November hatten wir bis zu 27° und viel weniger Trubel als im Sommer. Topp!
Besser geht es nicht. Nach unserer Anreise würden wir zunächst mit einem tollen Frühstück überrascht. Das Haus und die Einrichtung lassen keine, aber auch wirklich gar keine Wünsche offen. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, geschmackvoll und liebevoll ausgewählt. Der Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Umgebung hat uns super gefallen. Alles in Allem ein gelungener und entspannte Urlaub, der mit Sicherheit wiederholt wird.
