This chic country house is located on an estate (about 13th century), which, in addition to the country house, also houses a castle. The house is furnished in the style of a Roman-Etruscan villa, with ancient finds, Etruscan murals and paintings.

Here you can stay in a four-poster bed and leave behind the stress of everyday life in a cozy atmosphere. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. In the living area, make yourself comfortable in the sitting area in front of the fireplace or on the huge sofa.

Outside, there are two terraces with seating and a barbecue. Here you can also discover the magical art garden or the meditation house.

A deposit of 50 EUR per dog is required upon arrival.

'Wonderful Wrodow' became famous through Rosa von Praunheim's award-winning documentary film. This charming corner of the world has a moving history behind it, which the castle lords and dedicated residents of Wrodow will certainly be happy to tell you about. One of the buildings houses an art exhibition, and throughout the grounds you can discover a wide variety of art objects and installations by Sylvester Anthony. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling and hiking. In only about 30 minutes you are in the popular resort of Waren (Müritz), about 35 km away.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 16.50 per person or bring their own. Urlaub mit Freunden in Wrodow

Wir waren vom ersten Moment begeistert von diesem Ferienhaus. Frau Antony hat uns sehr freundlich und herzlich bei unserer Ankunft begrüßt. Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben alles genauso vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Tolle Zimmer, tolles Wohn- und Esszimmer, eine super ausgestattete Küche. Frau Antony hat uns auch noch interessante Ausflugstipps gegeben. Kurzum: wir haben mit 6 Personen und einem kleinen Hund erholsame und abwechslungsreiche Urlaubstage in Wrodow verbracht. Vielen Dank an sie, Frau und Herr Antony, und ganz herzliche Grüße aus dem Ruhrgebiet Doris Grzegorczyk und Freunde

Sehr schön gelegen und prima ausgestattet!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem außergewöhnlichen Ferienhaus. Besonders gut hat uns die Ausstattung der Küche gefallen, hier bleibt wirklich kein Wunsch offen. Die idyllische und sehr ruhige Lage des Objekts ist außerdem besonders und für Großstädter wie uns ein echter Gewinn!

Etwas ganz besonderes

Meine Frau und ich und unsere Nichte mit ihrem Mann haben 14 sehr schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus im Schlossgarten von Wrodow verbracht. Das Haus war etwas ganz besonderes weil es so ungewöhnlich war. Es war mit viel Liebe zum Detail im Stil einer Römisch-Etruskischen Villa eingerichtet. Alles was zum täglichen Bedarf gebraucht wird war reichlich vorhanden und obendrein in einer ausgezeichneten Qualität. Der Vermieter Sylvester und seine Frau waren immer für uns ansprechbar wenn es Probleme gegeben hätte. Wir brauchten sie nicht weil wir rundum zufrieden waren. Sie haben sich aber die Zeit genommen uns viel vom Schloss und von Wrodow und seiner Geschichte zu erzählen. Wir können allen die Ruhe und Erholung suchen nur empfehlen einige Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus zu verbringen. Es ist Erholung pur.
