The best sandy beaches in the Marbella area are just a few kilometers away and only a 10 minute drive will take you to the marina of Cabopino. There is a wide selection of bars, restaurants, stores, banks and a supermarket just down the road in Elviria, just 1 km away.
This elegant second floor apartment consists of a living room that opens onto a terrace with unobstructed views over the urbanization and into the Mediterranean Sea. The bedroom has a bathroom and fitted wardrobes. The guest room also has fitted wardrobes.
