This luxury 4 bedroom villa with private pool is situated on fantastic complex of El Presidente between the towns of San Pedro de Alcantara and Cancelada. The complex features tennis courts, a communal swimming pools and separate kids paddling pool and a children's play area. The beach is within walking distance from the villa where you will find extensive sandy beaches and beach restaurants.The accommodation in this beautiful villa is arranged over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the spacious lounge/diner furnished with comfortable sofas and a large dining room table, a TV and DVD player. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is fitted with quality appliances and has a breakfast table. Two of the guest bedrooms and a bathroom are also located on the ground floor with both bedrooms furnished with twin beds. The elegant entrance hall houses the stairs that lead to the first floor and a minstrel gallery. The spacious master bedroom is on this floor and is furnished with a king size bed and benefits from an en suite bathroom and access to 2 large terraces. The second bedroom again with twin beds is on this level also enjoys an en suite bathroom. The whole property benefits from security solar glass, which keeps the property cooler in the summer months. AC units in all bedrooms as well as lounge and WiFi is fitted. The spacious private garden has sun loungers as there is a private pool.El Presidente is approximately a 15 minute drive to the towns of San Pedro de Alcantara to the east and Estepona to the west. The traditional Spanish town of San Pedro, the millionaires playground of Puerto Banus and the Old Town of Marbella with all is character are all a short drive away. And for anyone interested in golf, there are many golf courses nearby. The main street through the centre of San Pedro is pedestrianized and covers the motorway tunnel, making it a safe and pleasant environment with no main road passing through it. San Pedro is bursting with activities, shops, bars and quality restaurants, it even includes an year round artificial ice rink! Take a walk from the centre of San Pedro town to the beachfront along the attractive Avenida del Marques del Duero. Continue enjoying the town and facilities along the seafront promenade where you can enjoy excellent beachside restaurants specialising in fish dishes and wonderful ambiance. Within Cancelada you can find many prestigious golf courses and club including the Alferini and El Paraiso courses. Cancelada has many amenities including restaurant, bars and supermarkets and this stretch of the coast has many beach bars and restaurants to enjoy on the beach.
