This delightful two bedroom town house is in a charming street of typical white Spanish houses with many, brightly coloured bougainvilleas, giving it a picture post card feel. It is in the most perfect location for a beach holiday, just a stone throw from the beautiful beach of La Cala de Mijas. You couldn't be nearer! A 20 metre walk to the end of the road brings you to the nearest cafe. The beach is just 30 metres in front of you. How close do you want to be?The bars, shops and fantastic restaurants of this small town are right on the door step too. You don't even need a car. There is a regular bus service all along the coast in both directions, and a regular train service from Fuengirola to Malaga city and the airport.The must visit towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus with their designer shops and exclusive restaurants are just 15 minutes by road. Malaga airport is 30 minutes by car or taxi.The house consists of a large lounge dining room which leads into the well equipped kitchen and out onto rear terrace. The house faces south, so the small front terrace is bathed in all day sunshine. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, built in wardrobes and small balconies. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the guest bedroom has twin beds. On the top floor there is a completely private roof terrace with magnificent views of the Mediterranean.
