This charming inland property is situated in a small urbanization close to the lovely quant village of Monda, this small white washed village boasts its own Moorish Castle with an A La Carte restaurant, there are also restaurants, cafes and shops serving local produce in the village itself. A 5 minute drive inland brings you to the large town of Coin with supermarkets, banks and a large selection of restaurants and bars. There is also a well known golf course only 15 minutes away.The famous town of Marbella is just 20 minutes away by car on a new easy stretch of road. Marbella has several fabulous beaches, shops and restaurants. The pool has all day sun in the Summer months and perfect for BBQ's and Alfresco dining.The entrance to the house is off the street on the Upper level with a small terrace and a car parking space available. As you enter there is a third fully equipped bathroom and cosy lounge/dining area with WiFi and TV (UK channels only with the option of further channels and Movies at a small cost). There is direct access to a smaller South facing terrace from the lounge and Fully equipped Kitchen. This property offers beautiful mountain views from most rooms within the house and all of the terraces.
