This conveniently situated two bedroom apartment is located in a very peaceful area next to the established 18 hole Santa Maria Golf Course with clubhouse, bar, and restaurant as well as tennis facilities. It is furnished to a high standard throughout with marble floors and air-conditioning (hot and cold). Within walking distance to the sandy beach offering watersports and many beach bars and restaurants in the summer months. Just a 10 minutes walk away is the central area of Elviria with supermarkets, banks, restaurants, cafés, and bars. Marbella centre is just a 10 minutes drive away. The drive to Málaga airport only takes 30 minutes. This apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and consists of a spacious lounge dining area leading onto the covered terrace which overlooks one of the pools and the gardens. The large master bedroom has two single beds, built-in wardrobes and a full bathroom en suite. The second bedroom also has two single beds and built-in wardrobes, and there is a separate guest shower room. There is a built-in cupboard in the hallway for extra storage space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a hatch through to the lounge.
