This conveniently situated two bedroom apartment is located in a very peaceful area next to the established 18 hole Santa Maria Golf Course with clubhouse, bar, and restaurant as well as tennis facilities. It is furnished to a high standard throughout with marble floors and air-conditioning (hot and cold). Within walking distance to the sandy beach offering watersports and many beach bars and restaurants in the summer months. The second bedroom also has two single beds and built-in wardrobes, and there is a separate guest shower room. There is a built-in cupboard in the hallway for extra storage space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a hatch through to the lounge.
