This three bedroom townhouse is set in a residential complex, yet still within a walking distance from the exclusive centre and port of Puerto Banus (about 20 minutes) with its designer shops, department store (El Corte Ingles), bars, cinema, and restaurants. The superb beach also offers many beachfront restaurants. There is a convenient new supermarket just 100 m away from the house. On the complex of Los Naranjos there is an 18 hole golf course, the clubhouse has a fabulous restaurant, further pool, internet facilities, and children's play area. There are also tennis and paddle courts and a five-aside football pitch on site. The famous Manolo Santana Health Club is just around the corner. The towns of Marbella and San Pedro are a 5 minutes drive in each direction. The whitewashed village of Istán is only 15 minutes inland.
