Ein nettes Haus aber mangelige Wartung

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von unserem Urlaubshaus. Die Doppelbetten in den 3 Schlafzimmern sind sehr schlecht und extrem klein für zwei Erwachsene. Das schlimmste war aber die mangelige Wartung. Es gab sehr viel Feuchtigkeit (Geruch) in den Schlafzimmern und im Badezimmer. Das Bettzeug war schmutzig (Geruch), das Geschirr war nicht sauber und der Kühlschrank war dreckig. Im Badezimmer war der Abfluss vom Waschbecken verstopft und in der Küche musste der Wasserhahn ersetzt worden. Nachdem die Verstopfung im Badezimmer beseitigt war gab es im Haus die letzten Tage unseres Aufenthalts Kanalgestank. Ich hab die Defekte immer gemeldet und manche wurden verholfen, aber es ist nicht schön in einer Woche Stunden am Telefon oder im Büro von Novasol zu verbringen nur weil Defekte nicht von Mietern gemeldet wurden und weil Novasol die Objekte nicht anständig überprüft.
