Welcome to this lovely domicile close to the popular sandy beach of Lakolk, the most traditional vacation area on the island of Rømø. The house offers you real Danish coziness and an all-around comprehensive interior. The fireplace ensures relaxing, cozy hours, on the terrace it is best to drink a coffee in the fresh air.

Nun ja...

Wir (2 Personen, 2 Hunde) haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbraucht. Es hinterlässt einen zweischneidigen Eindruck. Einerseits genial gelegen, nur wenige Schritte zu den Dünen. Des weiteren großzügig und gut geschnitten. Wobei das Bad winzig ist. Wie das mit 8 Personen funktionieren soll, ist schwierig vorzustellen. Andererseits scheint man aber bei der letzten Renovierung mittendrin aufgehört zu haben. Die Wände sind freundlich hell gestrichen, die Decke ebenso scheinbar frisch mit hellem Holz vertäfelt worden. Bei den Möbeln findet man beides, von neu (Couchtische, Sideboard, Fernseher, das Doppelbett in dem Schlafzimmer welches wir genutzt haben) bis zu völlig abgenutzt (Couch, Küche). Ein echter Negativpunkt ist die Küche. Ein ausgerissenes Scharnier an der Spüle, den Backofen haben wir nicht über 150° bekommen, viele Töpfe aber nur ein Deckel, die Pfannen in einem traurigen Zustand, in der Kühlschranktür fehlte das Flaschenfach. Die Beheizung erfolgt Dänemark-typisch bis auf das Wohnzimmer über E-Heizungen. Das Wohnzimmer wird über eine Wärmepumpe klimatisiert. Dort wird wie bei einer Klimaanlage Luft in den Raum geblasen. Leider ist das Gerät so unglücklich montiert, daß die zweite Couch wegen Zugluft nicht nutzbar war. Überhaupt Zugluft: durch eine Klappe im Wohnzimmer kam ein permanenter Luftstrom in den Raum. Im Sommer mag das egal sein, aber in der kalten Jahreszeit stört das schon. Die Außenanlagen haben wir nicht genutzt, die überdachte Terrasse hinten sieht aber nett aus. Dafür ist die vordere unbenutzbar. Der Zaun ist rott, ein Teil fehlt vollständig. Die Verwaltung erfolgt über Navasol. Und da haben wir uns dann wirklich geärgert. Wir haben die Endreinigung dazugebucht, schließlich wollten wir uns den letzten Urlaubstag nicht mit Putzen verbringen. Dafür kommt man dann in ein Haus, wo über weite Strecken Staub liegt, man an den Kunststoffplatzdeckchen kleben bleibt, sich alte Socken hinterm Bett finden und im Umfeld der Küche einiges mit Fett verklebt ist. Würden wir wiederkommen? Nach Römö? Ja, unbedingt! In das Haus? Nein. Ein anderes Haus von Novasol? Wohl auch nicht.
