Would you like to spend your holiday only a few feet from the sea, only 20 minutes by car from an airport or the towns of Tivat or Kotor, in a remarkable villa with a panoramic sea view? The villa consists of the main part with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. There is a separate studio where the propety caretaker or the home owner stay. An open summer kitchen is traditionally decorated. The inviting outdoor pool with a whirlpool will vouch for your enjoyment. The plot has been planted with flowers, olive trees and a large pine tree. At request you can arrange a diving course or rent a boat or a car. The last 50 m of the driveway are not asphalted. On this peninsula you will find only a small number of houses and one camping site. It also hides a natural phenomenon ' Blue Cave. The international airport is in Tivat and we recommend visiting Kotor with its numerous old churches within the 4 km long fortification system or at the hill slopes.
