Lakolk with Northern Europe's widest sandy beach attracts thousands of guests to Rømø all year round. The picturesque island has also gradually become a sought-after destination for cycling tourism. The beautiful nature, fresh air and the many cycling paths attract cyclists. The dam that crosses the Wadden Sea ensures that Rømø is an attractive and exciting place also for local day tourists. The dam can be used free of charge. It is also recommended to go to nearby Havneby in the south. In Sønderstrand you can try, among other things, kite-buggy and beach sailing or swim in the beautiful North Sea.

Haus stark renovierungsbedürftig

Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, ungepflegt und leider Schimmel in der Dusche. Nebengebäude unsauber, Regulierung Wasserwaerme unmöglich. Haus im Prinzip nur als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nutzbar, bei schlechter Wetterlage Katastrophe. Für die Preislage ist der Zustand absolut inakzeptabel.

Enttäuschung der Unterkunft auf der ganze Linie

Das Büro von Novasol befand sich direkt am Ortseingang, sehr praktisch. Schlüssel waren wie angekündigt in einem Regal direkt hinter der Haupteingangtür. Soweit war alles bestens. Als wir das Haus dann betraten, fiel als erstes die Ansammlung von elktronischen Gerätenu nter dem Fernseher auf. Sie lagen lose herum. Der Fernseher funktionierte zwar, aber es kam kein Bild. Bei genauerem hinsehen stellte ich dann fest, das so gut wie kein Kabel angeschlossen war. Nach einer halben Stunde hatten wir zumindest das ganze soweit, das man am Receiver umschalten konnte, das Bild hatte allerding noch die falsche Größe. das gesamte Haus war nicht vernünftig gereinigt. Es hingen Spinnweben von der Decke, alle Matratzen waren stark verschmutzt, Flecken dort und auf den Matratzenschonern, teielweie Handteller groß. Das Lattenrost im Bett des Kinderzimmers exisitierte nur noch zur Hälfte (das Bett war ansonsten total instabil, ein Doppelstockbett), mein Sohn verbrachte die Nacht auf dem Boden im Wohnzimmer. Das ist zwar noch nicht alles, aber es ist alles mit Fotos dokumentiert. Wir sind sofort am nächsten Morgen abgereist. Im Büro vonNovasol nahm eine Dame die Schlüßel entgegen, einen Ersatz konnte sie nicht anbieten weil alles ausgebcht sei. Das glaubte ich Ihr auch, schon aufgrund der aktuellen Situation. Auf das gespräch gehe ich hier lieber nicht näher ein. Mir ist klar, das man für 3 Nächte zu 250.- € ken 5 Sternehotel erwarten kann, aber es gibt Mindeststandards. Novasol habe ich beeits eine Mail geschrieben mit der Bitte, mir mein Geld zurückzuerstatten. Das meine Familie zutiefst enttäuscht war, brauche ich sicherlich nicht zu erwähnen nach über einem Jahr Corona.
