Ciao, I'm Giuseppe, see you in Rome...
GIUSEPPE purchased this Apartment in 2009
Why GIUSEPPE chose Quartiere XVIII Tor di Quinto
Via Bevagna is a very nice and tranquil residential area few minutes from Piazza del Popolo and the Vatican. It's surrounded by green space, shops, restaurants, and yet is so well connected by public transport that you can reach any area of the city in virtually no time. What is particularly appealing about this area is while it is so close to the tourist attractions and on one of the main roads leading in and out of the city, it remains very authentic. It is an area lived in and frequented by Romans. There is an open air market nearby where you can buy fresh produce, deli products, cheeses and pretty much anything else you want. There is also a shopping area, as well as a multitude of bars and restaurants that are considerably better quality for lower prices compared to the tourist hot spots.

Very friendly owner and very nice apartment
This was a very good selection for our family. The owner and his mother are very friendly and helpful about all kinds of issues unrelated to the apartment itself. The price reflects the fact that the apartment is a little out of the way but once we mastered the combination of bus-metro transportation it worked out for us fine. After spending a tiring day in the city it was enjoyable retreating to our little neighborhood with more moderately priced restaurants not frequented by other tourists, like us. Great value for a nice property. I would stay there again.
A Perfect Location for the Foro Italico (Tennis)
An extremely well appointed apartment with a peaceful garden. The kitchen had everything we needed, especially the coffee machine. Beds were very comfortable. The Spa provided a welcome end to the day. So well located to walk to the Foro Italico for the Internazionali D'Italia (Tennis).
Awesome time in Rome
We really enjoyed our time in Rome. We were very happy with our decision to stay outside the center. Giuseppe's apartment was prefect, close to a nice little bakery/caffe with amazing pastries and food. It was so easy to walk down the street and get a taxi. Plenty of restaurants in walking distances and cute little market down the street with beautiful fruits and vegetables. Giuseppe gave us an amazing night tour of Rome and explained all the history of the gorgeous city. Giuseppe was an exceptional host and would definitely stay at his apartments again whenever we return.

We had a great time.
Guiseppe and his lovely Mum were excellent hosts. Nothing was a problem, from meeting us at the property when we arrived and showing us around the neighbourhood to printing and delivering our tour tickets. He also organised our airport transfers and allowed us to stay late in the apartment on departure day as our flight was in the evening.
The apartment was perfect and had all the luxuries of home with free wifi, smart tv, stunning private secure garden and a conservatory with a hot tub. We thought it was heavenly.
Also, Guiseppe took us on a tour of Rome by night, on our night of choice, and we got beautiful night time photos. He stopped several times & waited whilst we took the opportunity to take photos. Guiseppe was very polite and friendly and made our stay in Rome very memorable. I would highly recommend booking with Guiseppe. We can't recommend him or thank him enough.
Giuseppe and his mom are fantastic people. Giuseppe’s night tour of Rome was the best part of stay.
Clean, good location for food and amenities.
Very clean, comfortable and spacious. There are 2 comfy sofas in the dining living area. The beds are the best I've ever slept in away from home. Giuseppe is a most considerate host and I am grateful for the arrangement of the airport and railway transfers. Hot water went off briefly but was put to rights within the hour of the message. I loved the garden /hot tub area but we didn't get much time to enjoy it as we only had a short stay.
I didn't find the noise too troublesome ,lots of shutters being closed but bin collection at midnight was not great.
I did find the journey into the city a downside. There is no direct bus. We decided to use taxis for speed. Going into the city was fine as there is a taxi rank opposite the hotel a short walk down the street and the drivers were pleasant and fair. Coming home was pot luck and we did end up paying over the odds a couple of times. With hindsight we should have used public transport to get back.
