Enjoy this awesome custom luxury home, located two blocks above Main Street and walking distance to ski runs and the town lift at Park City Mountain! Nestled on the Mountain with beautiful views, designer furnishings, a gourmet kitchen and great room not to mention the stone terrace with private outdoor spa! Two minutes to great restaurants, shopping, Deer Valley, and The Canyons.

This 2500 square-foot home has a large beautiful quartz entry way with custom millwork and built-ins for all your gear! A cathedral ceiling library opens to large deck overlooking downtown Park City. Pullout sofa, full bath and mountain decor complete this stunning, private retreat area.

An artist designed staircase leads you to the great room with beautiful stone fireplace, built-in entertainment center and state of the art gourmet kitchen with marble counters. Dining for 8 and island seating as well! This floor also has a queen sized master bedroom with limestone bath, and a log furnished bunk room.

SUMMER RENTERS please note: this home, like 95+% of homes in Park City, does not have central air conditioning. It does, however, have two portable AC units that are currently set up upstairs and in the kitchen/dinning room area. There is almost NEVER a need for AC but in the past couple of years there have been about 10 scattered days in July where it is a very nice feature to have. The portable AC units do a fantastic job but please never switch to 'ac' mode on the main thermostats.

The privacy situation for our two families could not have been any better. I'm so glad that we ended up at your place instead of the one that fell through.

On a side note, what a son you have! Wow, as he modestly was telling us about what he's been up to in his life so far, we were waiting to hear that he's also an astronaut! :)

We really appreciated his offer to stop at the grocery store, and how accommodating he was with our schedule. Great job raising a son like that!

Amazing Location, Hikes, Dining, Sunsets..

We had a wonderful trip. What a great time of year to visit. We walked to hiking trails, main street (best seats for miners day parade) dining and more!! Loved all the amazing amenities in the home..We felt so comfortable, pampered and relaxed.. Can't wait to go back..

Perfect Location

Being on the hillside just above Main St. was the perfect location for our summer vacation. The short walk downtown allowed us to enjoy the fabulous Park City restaurants morning, noon and night. The house itself is wonderful. Everything we needed was there for us. If you're old like me it's helpful to note that the entry is on the top floor and the master bedroom is on the lowest level. It was good exercise. We had a great stay!

All the boxes were checked!

Our group has rented ski houses annually since the early 2000's. We have always had good luck but this year hit the jackpot! This is the best location if you want to ski, eat and be merry and not have to rent a car. The house had all the details mentioned and needed and Patti was amazing to work with. As the title suggests... all the boxes of a home away from home were checked!

Great house. Great location. Wonderful, responsive property manager

Short walk to town and short drive to PCMR resort base. Probably able to ski in and ski out but we had several small kids and it was easy to drive to ski school. High West Distillery and Saloon at bottom of the street where you turn up Woodside. And stairs to town just a house or two away. Great amenities and layout. Would bring my family back for sure - summer or winter.

Yes, the house is in a prime location in Park City and it is so easy to get around. I'm looking forward to you coming back when your kids are a tad older and are able to ski back down to the house (the town runs are all blue so definitely not good for beginners although anyone who isn't quite ready can also download on the town lift). The house is also in a spectacular location for the summer for hiking and biking and getting to any of the Main Street activities. Looking forward to having you and your family back for many years to come!
