In the immediate vicinity of the beautiful North Sea is a development of Scandinavian-style vacation homes. This bright vacation home with chic furnishings is a lovely place to spend your vacation. Relax in the sauna, enjoy the crackling of the fireplace or laze on the terrace near the sea in summer. Here you will find a wonderful break from everyday life and can explore the vastness of the north from the privacy of your own vacation home.

Your own four walls in Friedrichskoog are furnished in a modern and bright Scandinavian style. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can cater for yourself and the spacious living room invites you to spend cozy evenings with the whole family. The "Alexa" voice assistant is available in the vacation home for listening to music etc.

A DVD player can be borrowed from the service office, subject to availability.

The vacation homes are located next to the small center of Friedrichskoog-Spitze directly behind the dike, only a few meters away from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the vacation home village you can also quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, the large pirate playground and the indoor play park in the whale building.

There is a charging station for 2 electric cars on site in the large parking lot (for a fee). These cannot be charged directly at the houses.

***As part of the dyke reinforcement, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be equipped with a new profile from mid-April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 in order to meet the challenges of climate change. During this construction period, the beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will unfortunately not be available.

Alternatively, the bathing beaches in Elpersbüttel, Nordermeldorf and Büsum will be available free of charge. The 2 km long Trischendam is still accessible and mudflat walks will take place as usual in Friedrichkoog-Spitze.

The spa gardens will also be redesigned and expanded to include additional attractions. These include an extended dyke crown path, spacious terraces with panoramic views and a dyke and park grandstand with seating steps to linger on. From mid-2024, the completed event and play area in the spa park will offer a varied alternative to the beach.

This will make Friedrichskoog even more attractive ? even if this is associated with some temporary inconveniences such as increased background noise, possible construction dust and possible path restrictions.***

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed. Construction work may take place in the vicinity of the property from 01-09-2023 to 31-12-2024.
