The house is situated in the middle of a romantic garden having an area of about 3,000 square metres. Many birds like spotted woodpecker and nightingale feel at home here. In the mornings, the squirrels run around and in the evenings, the hedgehogs pass through the gardens. Many places are designed to look natural, so that many of the animal species as well, feel at home here. Even the three cats of the landlord are quite comfortable in the estate. The villa, in which these three holiday homes are situated, has a very peaceful location in a dead end without the noise of the annoying traffic and of the flights. DBE193 includes a separate kitchen and a wonderful bathroom with glass shower. A built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers offer sufficient place for your clothes. DBE194 is a classy apartment with Italian marble, old oak parquet and a huge mirror wall. The open sleeping loft, which reminds of a cosy builder’s hut, has low ceiling height. Also, DBE 195 offers you marble, authentic parquet flooring and around 15 square metre wide wooden terrace, a stylish living in accordance with the historic villa. You also have to mind your head here in the sleeping loft. You may also use the garden. Washing machine can be used against a charge. You can reach the nearby shopping mall, with a huge super market, in just 3 minutes. If you prefer organic products, then there is an organic grocery shop right next door. Within walking distance on the former Kunsterhof, (known as ‘Bucher stadtgut’), you will find the oldest house of Berlin-Buch. Here awaits an attractive cafe and regular cultural events. At a distance of 200 metres, starts the Bucher Schlosspark and then you come across the Bucher S-Bahnhof, which directly connects to Friedrichstrasse. Within 25 minutes, you will be in Berlin-centre which has ample parking space. The illustrations shown are live examples.
