Fantastic terraced house located in the walled and pedestrian Vila Vella of Tossa de Mar. This part of the town from the Middle Ages was once a fortress with watchtowers and cannons on top. The house itself was built at the beginning of the last century and was once the studio of a painter, the Padro study as recorded in an inscription on the house front. As the whole Vila Vella area is only for pedestrians your children can play safely in the streets without any car traffic.The property is located just 100 m from the beach in a quiet residential area with typical restaurants nearby. Its rooms are spread over three levels with kitchen, dining room and one bathroom on the groundfloor, two bedrooms on the first floor, one with bunk beds and one with three single beds, and the last bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and an en suite bathroom on the top floor. This bedroom is offering you a nice view to the castle tower.
