This beautiful property from 1890 is located far from the hustle and bustle. It is surrounded by nature with many Mediterranean plants and fruits and ideal for children to play. The landlord, who lives in the other half of the house, runs a small farm with cows, horses, chickens, cats and dogs. Enjoy the beautiful view of the sea from the whole estate! The house is built in Istrian style and furnished in a rustic style. On the ground floor of the house is the konoba with indoor fireplace and kitchen. On the 1st floor you will find the living area with kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the 2nd floor , where there is also a living area with kitchen and a bedroom, you also have another living area with mini kitchen and bathroom, as well as a sleeping loft, which is accessible by a very steep staircase and therefore not suitable for small children. The lowest ceiling height is 1.3 meters. The landlord's property includes a small lake and caves, which can be visited with pleasure. The surrounding area invites you to fishing, ball games, hiking and much more! You can rent bicycles from the landlord for a fee.
